“Love DJ's Sportscards. Been coming here since I was in Elementary school, although they've since changed locations.
Their new location is much more spacious and secure. It's right next to the Pickled Onion where the old DOL used to be in the East Renton Highlands.
Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their staff gave me some pro-tips for new collectors. They always have wide range of stock across multiple sports. I like that they also have memorabilia. My kids enjoy the multiple glass cases, Legos, and Pokémon cards.
Prices are collector prices but generally fair market value. Lots of singles and signed cards. I need to take advantage of their stacks of signed Seahawks player photos to complement my collection.
I've had good luck dropping a line on social media when they show off new arrivals and putting items on hold for me. I go and pick them up the following business day on the way home from work. Very convenient, although they use a service called WhatNot that I haven't checked out yet.
Topps Hobby Rip Night was neat. Took my son and he got a full cool pulls. DJ had ice cream going and some free goodies for those who showed up. There was definitely a line out the door that morning but no problem getting in and spending some QT there.
DJ's is legendary and best card shop in the area hands down.”
“Best Lego store I've been to. Old Legos for the best prices I've ever seen. Good inventory. Helpful and awesome staff. Overall probably one of my favorite places ever. Everything I bought was in good condition as well.”
“I'm not an RC guy, just went to see if they had any model paints of any kind and was definitely not disappointed with the selection of tamiya and vallejo paints.”
“Hands down one of the coolest antique shops I’ve seen! Not only do they have a ton of really neat things, the owners/employees were AMAZING. Definitely going back asap!”
