I brought 2 silk blouses to be cleaned. When I picked them up, both were ruined. The cream blouse had yellow stains all over it. The black blouse had white marks all over it. I showed it to her and she said she would fix the white one. I went to get it and it still had yellow stains. She didn’t offer any help and blamed the material. Very rude! Looks like a new owner. Zero stars.

Horrible experience recovering damages after their company van was stolen with client items in it. Unwilling to reimburse for stolen items. I have been using them for years. This is not how you treat loyal clients even after a sad event.

We have loved Grace dry cleaning for years.they have done a great job with suits and dresses and dress shirts of all types and sizes for our family. Recently we got some men's button-up shirts cleaned and there was a treatment on the armpits that is very visible in the sunlight but subtle indoors. I went in to inquire about this treatment and asked if we could get them cleaned again without the treatment so it didn't look like a subtle 18-in circle of armpit sweat. They didn't understand what I was asking and cleaned them again and treated it again and unfortunately it is still there on all four shirts. We have never had pit stain issues before and never asked for a specific treatment. Something has changed and unfortunately not for the better. She said to bring it back if we had problems but a third time is not worth it. Sad to say we will be going elsewhere.

My friend took a dress in to get alterations (hem and a strap) and the lady said not to worry about the estimate, it was about $20-$30 worth of work, then she pressed it and added extra charges, without consent, and when we came to pick it up it was about $100. The lady was rude and aggressive with poor customer service and would not take the charges off when they were not asked for or known about. Overall bad experience.

I took a foul weather jacket I wear when on duty as a firefighter at night that had splatters of mud on the sleeve. It is dry clean only. Again...splatters of mud, not I rolled around in mud. They turned me away. I would mention that when the man 30' away told the woman at the counter it was too dirty he had never even laid eyes on it. He saw my uniform and likely assumed it had soot. I tried to have him come speak with me and he walked to the back. I guess all my uniforms go elsewhere now .

I walked in woman on the phone just looked at me. Did not even look at what I had it was a leather vest. "Oh know we don't clean" on the window it said they clean leather. Very rude person. Think BBB is next

I don't like to give negative reviews for small businesses very often. But I've given this place a chance 3 times and I've never had someone so rude. The lady at the counter is just mean. I won't be going back.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by both employees working and the woman came right over to help me. Service was fast and friendly.
When I picked up my clothes today, I was helped immediately again. They did an awesome job too! Im impressed at how well they got the thrift store antique smell out of my coats!!
Definitely recommend this business!

A Non-Toxic Dry Cleaner in our area!!! Have used these guys for 3 years and they are the best. No icky chemicals and super clean clothes. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.
The lady that wrote the not nice note about her leather jacket doesn't have a clue. Leather items are always sent out to an outside vendor. 99.9% of dry cleaners don't have a leather department. She just isn't savvy regarding the care of her clothing.
