Such a friendly, knowledgeable small local store. Only have used them for chainsaw services. Sometimes have to call and remind them about sharpening chains you have left but no biggie if you aren't in a rush.

I just had the best experience with Good Earth Works!! I thought I needed some work done on one of my small engines, I described the problem and they gave me an easy, costless solution. Then took the time to correct something that had been installed wrong on my machine. I'll some it up this way, I felt like I had just interacted with someone from a smallish town on the Eastside of our state. It's a place where they take care of you not take you.I will find a reason to do business with Good Earth Works again. One where they get paid!!!

Came in at closing to get blades for a Stihl. Even though they were about to close, the gentleman that assisted me was friendly, talkative, and helpful. Great place for your Stihl part needs or stove needs.

Mike is awesome! I drove here to try and puzzle out some questions I had regarding a used gas fireplace I was trying to install. Took him all of 5 minutes to explain it to me better than ambiguous manuals or vague youtube videos. I will be driving out of my way to come here for my future needs, especially service on my Stihl tools!

Went in looking for a Stihl weed eater. After talking with a very knowledgeable guy (can't remember his name) I bought the FSA 45. Very happy with the purchase and the and the info I received. Will be doing business here in the future for both purchase and service.
