Every time i order something from here they get it wrong. Decided to stop going through this establishment for good. Bad service, can never get what you actually want they always have something wrong.

Don't bother going after dark. You will be talking to attendants through a metal tray. If they are that concerned about security, close the store and change the hours, or add a kiosk and pickup window. Absolutely terrible solution to the problem. Will never go back, even for gas, in protest.

The store is “open 24 Hours” but they close the store at 10pm-5am and you have to talk through a window (without a speaker or microphone) to have the attendant go look through the store to find your items and pay/pass through a security window. Takes up along time, rather keep driving down the road to Covington to go to the 76/rocket or 76 in lower Maple Valley for 24 hour service

New owners, worse than ever. If you're too afraid to let people into the store at night, just close, don't make people stand in the cold, with no protraction from the rain and talk through a window.

The new night service.. what is this not being able to walk in to grab what you need early in the morning is kinda stupid, what about the workers trying to get their drinks before going out of the road. i just went to go get a redbull this morning and what usually takes 2 minutes took almost 10 and 4 of those minutes i was having to repeat myself through a window to the lady on the other side, this is crazy weird…..

This is was a really friendly and clean spot to stop for gas and maybe a drink or snack. The employees that are currently work there are horrible. One guy was nodding out the entire transaction, another one smelled like he bathed in malt liquor, and another one who wears a mask and has bangs let's her daughter and friends fight people in the parking lot and scream racist slurs to customers walking in and out. I've witnessed so much drama and sketchy events in this parking lot and store. Don't stop here. It's a headache.

It's a REALLY NICE GAS STATION SO THE QUESTIONS DID NOT REALLY APPLY!! BUT FAST GAS!! AIR FOR FREE!! NICE DRIVE THRUE CAR WASH AND REALLY GOOD VACUUMS!! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!!!

This place USED to be my go-to place to buy gas and get a car wash. Not anymore. Things have really changed with the new owners.On 5/13/23 AND 5/14/23 they had the Carwash OPEN signs out on both main roads' midafternoon, so I pulled in only to find that the carwash was actually closed.Anyways on sunny days, midafternoon, the carwash is closed more often than it's open, so rather than waste my time I'll keep going to the Pink Elephant in Maple Valley.
