Called from our provider's office to call in a prescription for a patient leaving a voicemail. The patient went to go pick it up a week later and was told that didn't have it. We called and spoke to Merita today who said they had it ready for her and that she must not be signed up for their text messages. The patient came to the clinic the same day showing she is signed up. I told her Merita said it was ready to go so she went to pick it up and was told they didn't have it JUST an hour after they told our office it was ready. The patient called me while speaking with Merita and I could hear her in the background saying that she hadn't spoken to anyone over the phone. Completely lied to the patient and was so incredibly rude. Don't go here if you want good customer service and honesty.

The service at the prescription pick up is ridiculous. It takes at least 25 mins regardless of how long the line is. I even had my things paid for in advance and it still took me 35 mins to get my stuff. Insane. I’ll do delivery from now on.

If you have any serious conditions that requires medications on time, absolutely do not go here. They don’t answer the phones - I was placed on hold repeatedly for over 30 minutes at a time with nobody ever getting on the line again. I have to physically go in to get all prescriptions filled and even when I’m promised a prescription in a “two days” they don’t fill it until I come in and ask for it again. These are things that my child cannot miss days of medication and I’m sick of how rude everyone is there when I’m trying to ask questions and figure out if they even received the prescriptions. I started there trying to support local business but thankful for other options - I’m transferring elsewhere.

Pretty awful experience in this pharmacy. We came on our scheduled time for vaccination, we were with our parents (70yo) and newborn (2mo). The pharmacy crew hasn't been doing anything for us until we started to ask why we are waiting for so long (about 30 min after we came and registered). Eventually we waited for 30 min more. During our multiple asks why we are waiting for so long, the crew was yelling (!!) on us and telling that we can go to any other pharmacy like Safe Way. They also rejected to talk to their manager. It's one of the worst experiences ever.

Due to staffing they are now closing the pharmacy 1:30-2. No notice of this anywhere till we drove into the store. We also seem to have constant issues with this pharmacy shorting the prescription and us having to go back when we don’t have all the doses needed. Unfortunately I think we will be choosing a different drug store for our needs going forward. It’s really sad to see the Bartell stores going down hill after the buyouts.

I called to see if they had my prescription they ran out of. They told me they would have it Thursday. I gave it till Friday just to make sure. When I explained last I called they said they would have it Thursday. She insisted I was “yelling at her”. If you can’t stay cool on the phone then don’t have a job where answering phones is required PERIOD. I get you DO probably have people who yell at you, but i wasn’t. Also how the heck are you gonna say “I still don’t think we can fill it” when you obviously haven’t even checked to see if you got it back in stock yet. THEY DID HAVE IT IN STOCK…

The lady running the day shift at the pharmacy is very rude. Was the only one there, waited at desk for about 5 minutes where it was clear I was seen by staff but not acknowledged. Then for the prescription sent the day prior she "didn't see anything in the system" then just walked away. No effort, no communication, not even a "Sorry sometimes the system takes more than 24 hours to refresh".

My husband bought a bottle of Enfamil vitamin D for my two month old baby at the store on February 15,2024 . I opened it on this Tuesday March 19 , 2024 and I found that it had expired on September 1, 2023. I couldn't believe that the pharmacy was selling expired baby vitamins. I took it to the pharmacy and told the store staff. She apologized and said that they had recently checked the vitamins and that I could go to the shelf and get a new one. But when I got to the shelf, I was shocked because the other two boxes on the shelf were also expired on March 1, 2024. Apparently they didn't check the date of the vitamins . So I told the cashier , she said she would deal with it and offered me a refund, I had no choice, but when she helped me refund, it was declined. She asked me to call the number on the receipt to find out why. I was speechless, I don’t want to waste my time for 13 dollars. I hope that the sale of expired products in their stores will be taken seriously so that this will not happen again in the future.

Did not actually have the medication that they had me waiting for. Took two hours to send the prescription to another pharmacy in which I was not able to pick it up till the next day. Never send a prescription to them.
