This Bank of America is amazing. The staff there are all knowledgeable and helpful, and really friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with my financial needs and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Impossible to speak with a human. Phone system is set up to simply disconnect. Not just at this location BUT every single Bank of America point of contact is set up to simply disconnect over and over. Done with Bank of America!!

A small local branch with some very talented employees. I recently had a fraudulent check issue created by a professional forger. I worked with Gilda, who efficiently filed the fraud claim, unlocked my account so I could withdraw money, relocked it and was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I have banked here for over 20 years without any issues, and the line is always shorter than two other nearby branches.

Find another branch. Last week I spent over 40 minutes on hold, cycling through the voice message system trying to talk to someone who could answer one question- a question I could not find the answer to on the BofA website. I called a corporate help number and they could not get through: not to the manager, financial person, teller - no one. She filed a complaint. Eventually the helpCalled another branch further from my home and they had the answer, so I drove extra miles to have it resolved. TODAY I stopped in 1 hour before closing time to have a form notarized. Long story short: I needed to make an appointment to complete this 5 minute process; they only have 1 notary public.Oh... the next appointment is in 13Days! Seriously. I spoke with the manager and she had excuses (or reasons depending upon one's point of view). Then I asked if I could open a safety deposit box today since they only have 2 left- no.Only 1 person does that. Make an appointment.Next appointment in 13 days. No, she can't hold one for me. They don't do that. Seriously, find another bank. They pay little interest, charge large fees, provide poor customer service, and don't really care.

This branch is terrible. Toni (sp) needs to take a class on managerial leadership or go through the ranks again. Literally walks around the place shuffling paperwork while I’m standing in line for 10 minutes. Is she above coming to the teller desk or what? I don’t have time to wait here all day; at least acknowledge that someone will be with me in 10 minutes so I can go back home, grab my debit card and just use the ATM. To be frank, I’ve had enough time to write this entire review waiting for the other teller to get back.

Just went to this branch to get some of my money. Both ATMs were down and no one around to help. What are we paying for??? This is totally unacceptable.

Been trying to get a human on the phone for days but always get "Everyone is busy" with no option to leave a message. If you go to the site they mention to make an appointment online, it fails. Guess they don't want my business!

Have had nothing but problems trying to access this Branch ever since the beginning of covid. Bank closed for a period of time now they are not open until 6:00 p.m. all because of covid I think that needs to change and go back to 6:00 so that I can have an opportunity to get into your branch and do service there.

I have always had great customer service at this location. I can't wait until they are open all the time. The Covington location is nice but having a B of A in MV is the best.

The people that work there are friendly. With that being said, don't go when you are in a hurry, because they definitely are not.
