Fabulous atmosphere, great local wine. Shuffleboard was fun! Ivy was so nice and gave some great recommendations for beaches in the area. Thanks!

We went there twice and they were closed each time. They posted on their website that they were open but when we got there they were closed. I would not recommend this place!!

Wine is great, but communication is horrible. Have been trying to cancel our wine membership for a couple months now and only communication I've received from them is the bill for another shipment. Left voicemail, sent emails and reached out on their Facebook page. All with no response. They bill you many weeks in advance so you just have to hope and pray you're home when delivery comes so you can be there to sign. If you're local to the winery I'm sure they're great. Events look fun. But if you're not local, good luck.

Best wine slushy we’ve ever had. Best Rosè wine we’ve ever had. Went to the location in the hills. Great family atmosphere. We will be back.

Cute place but not worth the price. $20 for a wine slushy? It was tasty but sheesh c'mon!

BEST FROSE IN CHELAN! They have two locations - downtown Manson is an indoor tasting room (good live music), if you want to be outside they have a cute tasting room 5-10 mins away up in the hills (we prefer that location!)

We were very excited to attend the live music even and had tried to communicate our desire for reservations. After being told no reservations, we got there 90 minutes early to get a table only to find the entire downstairs was reserved for their members. They were unable to accommodate a new membership or tell us if those specific tables all had actual reservations. I will say that they were apologetic and things seemed to go okay when we found one very small table in the back we could squeeze into. Unfortunately a member with children decided to sit next to us and their kids proceeded to play at the game table behind us making a lot of noise. I had a conversation with the manager who said they’d close it which happened about 45 minutes later. No problem except the family of members decided to start clearing our stuff and loudly protesting having the game table closed. Well that was the last straw and we left.So if you want to be abused by their members with no help from the staff, this is the place for you! Or head down the road for some great wine from skagit cellars, ancestry, or Alta and have a much better experience. Radiance is the worst place east side or west side of Washington. But don’t fret because there are literally hundreds of other venues to check out all over the state.

In a town full of great tasting rooms, creating an environment for guests to feel welcome should be a minimum. Unfortunately when we attended the live music event this weekend that was not case. After various methods of trying to figure out if we needed reservations I finally got a message back that told us to just get there early for good seats, as no reservations were being taken. We arrived to find the downstairs tables (in the music area) all reserved. Turns out those are for club members only. Disappointed, I asked about becoming a member so I could sit at those tables...but nobody could help me with that.We found a small table in a corner that was open. It was near the mini shuffle board table which a couple of children (about 7 & 13) were throwing the pucks around wildly on. After staff took the pucks away we dealt with angry parents , aunts and uncles of the children, and snotty remarks about their discontent of not having something for their children to do in the bar. This escalated to the point of one fellow standing at our table (after his wife (I think) had cleared items off the table so the children could play again) stating ... Hmm, seems like we're just dealing with a couple angry drunks....The staff was too busy & disorganized to handle drink orders, let alone provide any attentiveness to non-members sitting in the back corner by the bathrooms.Needless to say, there are other places in town, so we left... Went and had fun elsewhere, where vacationers and non members are welcome.I would give 2 stars because the flatbread was really good, but the wings were mediocre, and the wine was average. All in all, the worst experience of the week we spent in Manson/Chelan.

We always enjoy going to Radiance. Whether it’s sipping wine in middle of the winter or enjoying their wine slushees in the summer time, it’s always a good time. Staff is incredibly friendly!

We live in Entiat about 40 min away from Radiance in Mason, but totally worth the drive. We love the wines, music, staff and atmosphere. Love this place! Would definitely recommend going!
