I recently visited ZwingHQ for tire mounting, balancing, and an oil change, and I couldn't be happier. Zach did an amazing job! He mounted and balanced my summer tires in record time compared to other shops I had been, to and performed an oil change quickly and efficiently. Zach's attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. Zach took the time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I had with patience and expertise. I don't wanna embarrass Zack to much he didn't like the 3rd gen slam specialties,he likes 3p 3H , reluctant he needs permission from me every 2 days, after 2week and 10 of his work hours a clown car with a controller, I push down it goes up all wrong, no front and back drop it goes side to side drop the controller top button's are control 1 front and one rear otp sit n in X pattern and lower controller buttons follow the same pattern thanks a lot Zack 2800$abatage no quality control.

I just got my Jeep fixed by this fabulous mechanic. I found him through a google search and with his 95 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ratings and amazing comments, I took a gamble and entrusted my beloved Jeep with him. He is AMAZING! He fixed the problem quickly, went WAY above and beyond and was a pure delight to work with. I didn’t realize he is a professional drifter until I picked up my car and it came up in conversation. He mentioned this video, Sleighing Seattle, I watched it when I got home and now I’m even more in awe. If you need a great mechanic, this is your guy. He’s in Maltby, which isn’t as far as you think and the Maltby Cafe and Flower World make the schlep so much fun. When you have an amazing experience like this in life, you feel compelled to share, so for what it’s worth.. ?

Normally I would never call a shop last minute but this shop was more than willing to accommodate the sway bars installation on my new car. And while their mechanic worked on my car, we just went to go have dinner in Snohomish while he worked. Great location great price can't wait to have him work on more of my vehicles highly recommend.

So I was driving down 522 when I heard this really awful noise in the back of my car, I turned around and it was engulfed in flames!! I checked on google for the nearest auto shop and sure enough Zwing HQ answers and brings us in. Turns out my gas tank had a crack in it and was dumping fuel behind the exhausts muffler. They were able to replace the gas tank same day and even got us a fresh fuel pump which was just another one of the check engine codes we had cleared up while we were there. Now we have both no idiot lights but a save from potential disaster!!! Huge thanks to ZWING HQ!

After spending hours calling everywhere checking prices and availability- it Feels good to say ive found my mechanic at Zwing! I was able to get in very quick an was given a breakdown of all repairs prior to giving my start approvalHe uses a truly smart invoice system that breaks down the entire project/repair job. His prices were more then fair. Most importantly He didnt try to forcibly push more work then i could afford but still took the time to explained the why /what could /and when if i waited to do. The shop is kinda out of town but please don't let that defer you. My vehicle was safe and locked behind the fence till completion!Service: Exhaust

Zach (zwing) was honestly great! Very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful dealing with aftermarket warranty work. It was clear to me throughout the repair that he wasnt trying to grab my money for nothing (like sone mechanics we all kno) He is passionate about cars and their performance and wants the quality of his work to show it. Zwing is a very fair priced an honest company with the knowledge to get the job done. That's hard to find when it comes to fixing aftermarket lowered/ custom/drift type parts especially but thankfully i search no more! I will continue to refer people i care about to him an that says alot. Excellent experience with Zach and Zwing HQ. I had a crack in my exhaust and decided to upgrade. Zach was very helpful throughout the entire process; he gave me different options prior to dropping my Audi off and then was great with communication and sending picture updates once my car was in his hands. Once I had picked up my vehicle he called while I was driving home and again the next day to ensure that everything was to my liking. My Audi has never sounded or felt better. I am already planning what to do next with Zwing HQ, the quality and customer service is unparalleled.
