This is not a zumiez store - this is the home office where you CANNOT shop.Just throwing this out there since a lot of people confuse this address with the retail location in the Alderwood Mall.

I love Zumiez i have been to locations all over the US and never seen a store like this one. I had asked to try on a pair of shoes while i was waiting, I don't know if it was the supervisor, manager or whoever was SCREAMING orders through the store. I have never seen anyone yell like that through a store while customers were inside. It was so bad that I couldn't take it and told the nice girl to forget about grabbing my shoes because i did not want to give your store my business. I knew my size I was going to purchase them. Thank god for online shopping.

Tulsa OK Woodland Hills mall location sent us home with a anti theft tag on a $75 backpack. Clothes were fine. But backpack no. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I lived close but I had driven almost an hour home. Mgr Shelby said sorry, I can find a really strong magnet and try and remove it or drive back in…so that round trip would cost me probably $60 in gas and two hours out of my day but hey she’s willing to return the item and then resell it to me for a big 10% off. Gee thx Shelby. Like I told her it is not my fault when they don’t do their job. Won’t spend another penny at Zumiez.Update: I didn’t want to damage by removing it myself due to its location to zipper..,BUT I broke out the tool bag and did it my damn self.

Would not recommend going to this place. They like sexual predators. They do not care about victims of abuse. Probably just go to the vans store or somewhere else online to find your products.

I went to one of their stores in Palm Desert, CA mall, and the music that was being played had me cringing. I brought my 13 year old daughters there and did not want them to her that explicit music while shopping. There’s a place for that kind of music but Zumiez showed just how unprofessional they are, I will never shop there again, not even online.

Manager and employees at the Seven Oaks Abbotsford store don't follow mask mandate. Female staff unmasked, male staff with masks not covering noses at all. Manager is 'afraid to get between his employees and the mask mandate'.

How do you sell something online with on hand quantities. Let someone purchase said item wait 5 days and say oh sorry we are out of this item. Quantities on hand and technology don't have errors like this. I'm guessing their employees wanted it instead of selling it to the customer whom already purchased it.way to ruin Christmas.

I went to Cordova Mall in Pensacola this afternoon with my daughter. We needed to return some Zumiez items that did not fit. The guy at the register (who said he was the manager) was SO DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. He was so rude and confrontational that it was unnerving. We will never shop this establishment again. Someone needs to talk to this “manager” about how to treat people. Someone at corporate Zumiez needs to look into this.

We were just at Zumiez in Medicine Hat Mall. We had the best service. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also got a great deal!

Worst service , I ordered my daughter backpack over 8 days ago and it never got deliver.tracking stopped updating and no one ever notified me. I called customer service and spoke with B. She said oh it’s somewhere else and it’s out of stock so u have pick another or refund? No apology or tried to fix it. School starts on Monday and my daughter doesn’t have her backpack.
