I was so nervous to have my eye liner tattooed. After American came in to discuss what it was I wanted, I felt so at ease. America is an amazing permanent makeup artist. She has been doing this for a long time and it definitely shows. It didn’t take much to explain what I was looking for because she just knew. I went in wanting purple coloring and she changed my mind to teal due to the green in my eyes. She was so right! I love the result! My lines are beautiful and the perfect color to make my eyes pop. Thank you so much! I would recommend America if you are interested in getting any permanent makeup done.

My hair was so ugly until I came here and Grecia cut it and it looks sooo pretty now ? the salon is so pretty on the inside AND THEY PLAY BATCHATA ? thats how u know it's good

The people inside were very nice and helpful. I got my upper eyelid tattoo today. Americas and Blanca helped me make sure everything looked on point- perfection. Very clean even showed me the clean needle out of the package which i appreciated- it's the small things. Thank you just got it done today and already getting compliments.Service: Permanent makeup

I had my eyeliner done by America and my touch-up done by Estrella and I'm thrilled with the results! I had them done originally at a different salon and was really disappointed and out over $700. Zen Salon is reasonably priced and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend!Service: Makeup services

You're not going to find anyone in the area that does a better, gentler job than America. She just wants all her clients to come out feeling beautiful and more confident, the salon is inviting and really nice on the inside, and service is inexpensive!

i've called twice to make a appointment with America. and the lady that answered the phone told me that america would call me back. I called twice and I never got a return phone call. So i'm going to Brows & CO. It's bad business to not return phone calls!

hey I went to there last week afternoon, I was wait 20mins at lobby and after that their put numb cream on me said will done in 25mins, but I was wait at lobby over 45 mins, so I need to added numb cream between the session, becuae I felt pain almost done of the eyeborws serivces, well what the hell those witing time to waste the customers time in that salon business. Also I seeing something wrong of my eyebrows and was concern of the color, I tried concat the salon got America cell phone the who apply my eyebrows service, I texted her attached with my photos but didn't get any response. One thing this is my touch up serivces, she recommends I should visit one more time next month to touch up again. Very ridiculous I have microblading on my eyebrows many time in past 20 year, this is my first hear someone mentioned return 2 times visit to do touch up so 3 times with pay again to get done of the eyeborws? Very disappointed. Well grils Microblading services all over in Seattle, if you spend $5xx and plus taxes to get that uncompleted service? That not comment salon service charges with taxes. So taxes and tips? I'm strogly do not recommended try that salon. World of mouth is not worth, try to readmore reviews and different websites.

Unfortunately I'm writing this review to let you know that if you have an appointment plan on waiting over an hour just to be seen. This is my second visit and both times I waited an hour past my appointment time. Today I was told that I wouldn't be seen for another 45 minutes, so an hour and half wait?? If you ask when you're going to be seen they speak in Spanish about you. If I ran my business this way I would be embarrassed . I almost didn't come back for the touch up because she hiked the price up while I was in the chair but at that point what do you do right? I'm literally in the middle so wtf am I going say? It sucks when you go to get something you really want and have to save to get it and this is what you get. Live and learn.
