Alec was immensely helpful, more so than I have experienced at other locations. He took one look at the ring we were having trouble with, and identified the exact problems we were having. The gold that was used didn't spend enough time in the rhodium, so they took extra notes to ensure that we didn't have the same discoloration issues. I can't recommend this location enough, very knowledgeable and helpful

What a great no pressure experience. The whole team was great and in the end Nancy helped me pick a wonderful ring and gave me options to what I needed. Would definitely suggest working with her and the team.

We come here for ALL of our jewelry needs. My husband bought my engagement ring from here and an awesome experience with Bobby and Nancy. And even after that we always go back for Nancy's AMAZING customer service, expertise, and care. My husband bought my engagement ring, wedding ring, one of the Disney collection rings, and earrings from here. Nancy has always helped us get the best jewelry possible, gives time, attention, and care even if we aren't sure what we want. We partly come here for the beautiful jewelry, but mostly for Nancy's awesome service! We love coming here!!

We were looking for a ring for my wife to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we looked in several places, but Alex's service at the Alderwood shopping center store was fantastic, which was very important in our decision. We are very satisfied.

Walked in and the old lady with glasses did not even greet my family and I. I then showed her a ring on the zales website and asked if she had it in stock. She said “only $139? no it’s not real gold and if you wash your hands it will come off.” Ummmmm ok lady? I knew I wanted a gold plated tungsten ring for my husband and after that comment she just ignored me so we walked out. Horrible customer service. Go to Kay jewelers instead.
