At Zag Motors they were very kind, ask for Monica, I delivered my gasoline car and took out my Tesla Model 3, I am very delighted with this, since it is a car that is 100% advanced in technology and 100% economical, I am very happy with this decision. I recommend Zag Motors 100% and if you want to opt for a Tesla it is a very good option.

One of the most helpful people I've ever met, especially Monica. Helped me get out of a bad situation with a previous car loan told me what was best for me until i got my credit back on track to get my dream car again and it all worked out how she said it would 6 months later , no scams, they’re very credible and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially if you’re hispanic/mexican family trying to build credit or need to get out of a bad loan. ?

The team over there at ZAG Motors, Lynnwood were very impressive. Best dealership I have used. I am a local business owner and buy my work trucks and personal vehicles there. Very competitive pricing. Go see them for a relaxed and down to earth experience.

I wish I could put a negative however I had to put one star I am very dissatisfied with all the business if you want to call a business that I had to go through to get my money back we were looking at cars give them $500 cash we didn't get a car didn't even test drive a car the so-called manager that was let go from this job once and rehired again was very arrogant rude and disrespectful we decided to stop all business transactions right there with the Lynnwood store this was a month ago to date date and still have not received my $500 I call everyday to get a runaround I give them cash but they're giving me a check they can't locate it not my problem I want my money back the salesman lie the manager is rude and arrogant and it's just bad business all the way around I give this a negative 5 stars don't shop at zag motors save yourself to headache and hassle

I bought a jeep from Zag in march. I was really excited to get a new car. I found my Jeep and asked to get it inspected before I bought it. I was told they don't let customers get it inspected before hand, but they have a "warranty" to make sure the customer is protected. So that was red flag #1.
Red flag #2 was watching the salesman almost role the jeep i had just purchased into another car because he couldn't drive a manual transmission.
Red Flag #3 was when i kept smelling burning and the radio kept going crazy. I told them and made arrangements to get it fixed. They had my jeep for over a week to repair it. They gaslighted me telling me there was no leak. And they sent the car to a local radio place to get fixed. I got tired of dealing with the radio and replaced it. When i pulled the radio it was essentially glued in with black RTV.
Red Flag #4 they sent my new license plates to some unknown address.
Red Flag #5. The burning smell was a rear main seal. Now out of warranty.
