Nice people. Good products. Prices are pretty high. Then again, they do mix custom paints and cover a lot of car manufacturers. So it is kinda expected.

Horrible paint matching , even brought in a piece to paint match it correctly. Will keep going back to Napa for better quality and cheaper paint .

This location i thought to be much nicer than the Everett store. This location will go out of their way to get your order filled and take care of your needs. More customer service oriented. When it comes to a local source of automotive paint supplies they are the only have in town. This store doesn't act like it, the Everett store does tho, they won't go out of their way to help you. So i prefer usually to get my supplies online. However i will for those times i need something right now, start coming to this location rather than the Everett location.

Great selection of commercial grade body & paint supplies. Slow on paint mixtures and delivery, but overall good service. Knowledgeable staff, unfortunate to have to wait days for paint to be ready.
