Came in to close my account the teller isn't allowed to do that, and the banker couldn't bother to leave her office (which she was in and you could hear her talk through the wall) to tell me I needed to make an appointment or use the app. The app doesn't allow you to close your account.
If you can avoid wells Fargo as a bank all together had them for 10 years and they have gone from worse to horrible

Long wait times since there was only 1 teller. They wouldn't allow me to deposit some of the bonds I had because "it would take too long". The banker I also had an appointment with was late and I wasn't able to actually meet with him, they told me to reschedule to next week. I shouldn't have to take 2 days of time off just to go to the bank. If I'm not able to deposit money or manage my accounts, why bother using this bank. The single ATM in the parking lot also didn't allow for deposits.

Unnecessarily long wait times. There is only one teller available at any given time. Numerous employees walking around doing nothing except to point out the fact that they aren’t a teller and can’t help you. Very frustrating experience, when it doesn’t have to be. To top it off, the employees they do have are extremely rude and seem to care less about taking care of the customer.

The male manager of this location lied about my refund and never returned my phone calls. Glad all of my accounts with them are closed. Don’t bank with them people

I don’t leave reviews, but I’ve never been in a business that has a worse attitude about helping their customers. This location never has more than 2 or 3 people working. Sometimes it’s just closed in the middle of the week for no reason. When you are able to get inside there is ALWAYS 4-5 people in line. Other employees walk around the line, look at it, and never offer to help. It’s almost as if your bothering them by forcing them to do their job. Don’t even get me started on how they handle your money, and won’t let you have it when you need it. Save yourself some frustration and choose another location..as a matter of fact save yourself a lifetime of frustration and get a different bank. You all should be ashamed.

Don't waste your time. They won't help you. Wells Fargo locked my account due to suspicious activity and told me to go talk to a banker. When I did, they looked at me like I was insane and speaking a different language, and told me maybe I could call the 800 number to make an appointment. I'm going to close my account. Well, when I can finally speak with a banker in a few weeks maybe.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. I had so many fraudulent claims because of them. After closing the accounts I had an account opened up in my name and supposedly had taken a loan for 1500. Never did. Come to find out Wells Fargo opened it. Finally got it settled. Don't trust these guys at all! Its a scamming bank. Ill never trust or refer anyone to Wells Fargo. They suck big time. I was with them for 3 year's before thing's went haywire. California based bank's are the worst ever.
