Don't waste your time. They won't help you. Wells Fargo locked my account due to suspicious activity and told me to go talk to a banker. When I did, they looked at me like I was insane and speaking a different language, and told me maybe I could call the 800 number to make an appointment. I'm going to close my account. Well, when I can finally speak with a banker in a few weeks maybe.

I am currently working with the branch manager Boris on some issues with a deposit and my account in general. He has been incredibly attentive and helpful and helped me with a situation I had no idea how to fix! I really appreciate his willingness to help and care about his customer. I tried calling the general customer service a few times and they were not helpful at all. It means a lot to have someone in a big bank care to help. If I ever need help again I know where to go!

I dont have an account with Wells Fargo, but I came to inquire about a foreign currency. I stood in line for 10 min the after I got to the teller I was asked to go wait in line again for the other teller since only one person knows about it. After alone wait again, I got to the foreign exchange teller, "Yes" the teller asked. I understand they have been busy, but that does not have to effect customer service. The bigger issue is giving doubtful information. After I asked if the number was giving by the teller was correct, based on my calculation is otherwise, in which the teller replied "I think so". I had to thank the teller and left. The service, or lake of knowledge would not make me come back again to Wells Fargo.

Opening new accounts. Friday evenings is probably a busy time at banks in general, but I had minimal wait before I was seen to. Help yourself to refreshments available and I was asked if I wanted anything. The personal banker was very efficient and the entire process was done in about 20 minutes. They happened to have a Chinese New Year promotion so I scored a monkey piggy bank. They had limited supplies so I was fortunate to get the last one. I'm surprised about the negative reviews. I would recommend coming here. They were busy but I was still attended to quickly.

Just when I thought Wells Fargo couldn't surprise me with any more idiocracy...the never fail to keep it exciting and making life more interesting, like not being able to cash my whole paycheck even though I have a business account, checking and savings and credit card with them...besides the no surprise that Wells Fargo is the worst ever bank ever it seems each branch tries to outdo themselves in horrible customer service...well out of all bad experiences so far this branch is winning, don't get me wrong I've had good or near good experiences with other Wells Fargo branches on occasion who tries taking care of me but if you have more bad then good I think it's time to change banks.

Usually I'm pretty happy with banks but today is just lacking. The teller is actually counting $3000+ deposit by hand. Seriously? There are 10 people in line, 5 cars at the window, only 2 tellers in house, and you are counting by hand? There is a machine to do that. Quit waistline my time

I had my worst banking experience ever today and it was thanks to these guys! I gave the teller $160 dollars and she claimed I only have her $150! I had a receipt from the becu ATM I withdrew the money from right before going there and she and another teller claimed becu must have shorted me(anyone who has used a ATM know they don't give out tens!). Her manager finally gave me my ten dollars but I did not receive an apology and I felt completely harassed. I will never go to this location again. Banks really need to employ honest and truthful people. This one obviously doesn't!

I swear its like clock work. Every other month it's something else the "system won't allow" scenario. Most UN-user friendly bank I know!!! They get an extra star because of some of the friendly people.

This branch has gotten much better over the last year. I would give it 3 or 4 stars for most of their employees. But......there is a manager there who is so unprofessional, she brings the group down. She always is wearing a fleece jacket and pants that don't fit. She talks so loudly and incessantly. I know, it's just banking, but the location farther down the road on 196th in Lynnwood is so much different. I wish this chick would get her act together and take some lessons from her employees. The other thing that I don't like about this branch is that they always harrass you about different programs, if you decline right then, they want to set an appointment or get your cell to call you. It feels way too much like a sales call than a helpful bank.
