Excellent baseball instruction - This has been the best program for my son. Since beginning his training at WBI one year ago, his baseball skill set and knowledge have grown exponentially! His baseball growth is 100% from the work that is happening with WBI coaches and mentors. In addition to the baseball, as a father to a young man I appreciate the focus on personal character, and "success through hard work" that is promoted by Coach Scott Watson and staff. We are looking forward to many years in the WBI programs.

Scott Watson and his highly qualified coaching staff are amazing. They have taken our son’s game to the next level and have him on the path to playing college baseball. The training is not just physical but mental, all aspects of the game taught and developed. We cannot say Thank you enough.Travis R.

This is the greatest program! If you want your son to succeed not only in Baseball but in life, this is the program for you. Our son came from another program and we knew immediately that this was the best move. He has continued to grow with Seattle Wave over the years and has learned that this is not just another Baseball Club...It is a way of life and you need to buy in the program not just baseball. You must give 150% all day every day. Emulation is our Greatest Teacher, and my son is proof of that. Thank you Scott for being a great mentor and coach for all WBI Wave Boys!

Fantastic program with a strong focus on player development. Scott does a great job with communication and takes interest in players of all age groups - not just the older players. The team coaches have been excellent teachers and have positive attitudes, while at the same time being firm. As a parent, I really appreciate their approach to not just baseball, but discipline and respect in all aspects of life. My son loves the program and we are very happy with our choice to be a part of WBI & Wave Baseball.

Professional instructors who genuinely care to develop their players skills and character. Disciplined approach. High standards. Work ethic and competitiveness are expected from all players 8u - 18u. Well done, Coach Watson.

As a former college coach and summer collegiate coach when it came for me to find a place for my son with a program to train, I did not hesitate to choose WBI and Scott Watson. I have known Scott for several years and believe in his training techniques that not only improve baseball skills but also personal development.

WBI and Wave baseball are awesome! Its not a program but a family. Undeniably the baseball skills taught are great and the coaches are great. I have coached baseball for 25 years and when I decided to let someone else coach my son this is the program we chose. I appreciate the baseball skills being taught but more importantly its the work ethic, positive thought processes, mentorship, physical fitness and life skills being taught that are the most important. You can play baseball anywhere. WBI and Wave provide the whole package.

Our experience with WBI has been great. The coaching staff teaches not only baseball and athletic skills, but places a major emphasis on teamwork, mental growth, character development, and respect for the game. Athletes determined to get better while having fun can thrive at WBI. My son loves being at WBI because he knows he will be challenged to develop and grow in a structured setting. I respectfully encourage parents of young baseball players to consider WBI.

This business is located adjacent to a residential community. The practice of throwing tractor sized tires onto the pavement is very disruptive & has taken the tranquility away from our neighborhood. These very large souding booms can be heard many 100's of feet away & they scare children & pets. This is negativley effecting the lives of us that need to sleep. Many of us work graveyard to provide for our families. This noise is degrading our mental & physical health taking a toll on our livlihoods. I hope that they could move this activity indoors or consider anything else that does not make so much noise.

Best program around. Emphasizes the whole player, mentally and physically as well as the importance of hard work and good grades in school. Teaches respect for the game and how to play it correctly. Recommend this program above the rest.

I really want to thank WBI and all of the staff coaches. My son truly loves the program. I have so enjoyed watching him grow as a ball player and young man over the summer and fall. This program works! My son is 12 and is excited for each training session. The workouts are physically challenging and the drills are designed for real life game results. My son has become more confident in his skills and abilities. He has developed the physical fitness and strength to be more successful on the field. He is focused on his development outside of the gym. Let’s be honest, it’s pretty amazing to have a 12 year old boy coming home and talking about nutrition and working on managing his macros. It’s wonderful to have a 12 year old who would rather go out for a run and lift weights at home instead of play video games. It’s great to have a kid who is motivated to do homework because he recognizes that he is a student first, athlete second. I actually took him to watch pregame drills and warmups with the Aquasox. I asked him what he thought of their workouts. He said, “mom, those are all the same things we do at WBI. I can do all of that.” I can’t say enough good things about the mentorship from the coaches. My son always comes home and talks about the positive influence they make on him, particularly Coach Schofield. We will definitely be signing up for more WBI training!!!
