Terrible customer service. Should have read the reviews before coming here. I was advised I could go through a pharmacy drive thru to get a COVID test since I'm sick to avoid exposing others. The young Asian lady at the window told me "you know we sell those inside right?" And would not sell me one. How does it make sense to make me go in the store when I don't have a mask on hand and expose everyone else?

The workers are horrible I have been going there for 12 years and they call the cops on me because of the trash that homeless people have done instead of coming to me and asking us the worker his name is Ronnie

We are making an extravagant Halloween costume which included pictures of ourselves and the woman working there today doing photos was absolutely amazing. She took the time to reprint all of our photos because they cut weird and gave us a discount for the trouble! Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

This pharmacy has gone hill. Over the 20 years I've been coming here, might be time for a change. They are significantly understaffed. Tried calling for three days, 6 times, 30 min hold times. Waiting in line, without any other cars in front of me still takes 20 minutes minimum.

The Pharmacy here is the worst one I have ever been to since they changed pharmacists. I have been using this specific pharmacy for 20 years and in the last couple years they have lost all their good employees. The service is terrible and rude, the employees do not care for their customers. We waited 10 minutes at the window for the assistant pharmacist to answer, to then be told that we had to call the hospital because they didn't have it. I then called the hospital and they had to call the pharmacy to just get them to have the order put in. If you want your medications done right, go somewhere else.

Pharmacy - If you want to spend a lot of time on hold trying to talk to someone then this is the pharmacy for you! 50% of the time you will get a rude staff or they will make a mistake. This week, we have had to call 2x, stop by to talk in person and still not get what we needed. It was out of stock and they could have told us the Walgreens down the street had lots but instead told us everyday they would get some. I believe they are short staffed so I have compassion for that but wow this is bad!

Great store... but the pharmacy is so slow nowadays. They used to be quick. The drive thru is insanely slow.
