GROSS INCOMPETENCE AND PRICE GOUGING.This is my fourth attempt to leave a review. Because the computer system that I'm trying to leave a review on keeps freezing up.I would say/right details of my experience if the system would allow me to be on it for more than a minute.So hopefully just a quick negative message like this will get threw.Anyone reading this,I encourage to save yourself time and frustration and shop elsewhere.

They somehow got my review taken down. But yes this is the worst place ever and even screws up your medication counts on a narcotic which should never ever happen for how they have to check it. Took them 3 days of arguing to finally go back and do count and realized they messed up. GO TO CVS down the road on 196th st. They are so much better and it's always ready in under 30 minutes. I have requested my medication here several times at Walgreens for the date of refill letting them know I need it to be ready for a vacation and check in once a day just to make sure and still get there and they tell me they won't have it ready too late until the afternoon. They will also screw you over by letting you know your medication will be ready in an hour for you to come back a 7:45 to have them already be closed even though they are suppose to be open until 10pm. Their systems and management are so bad they can't retain employees. I have seen little old ladies cry because their pain meds aren't ready and they have already been told for 3 or 4 days straight it would be and she is at the mercy of getting rides to be there while being in so much pain from hip surgery. This place disgusts me. How they can take down a review I don't know but I will make sure to keep posting.

Be prepared to be scrutinized on the medications your dr gives you. The crazy guy at the desk does not abide by hippa guidelines.

Not only is this the slowest Walgreens in the history of the world. They have a bad attitude, act deaf, and have no problem making people wait indefinitely for absolutely nothing. Go anywhere else

I’ve never really had a bad experience at this place. According to probably 80% of people here writing reviews, they really seem to not like this place. I really only come here to get snacks but sometimes I get medicine. I don’t have a problem with this store… but the reviews speak for themselves

Apparantly All advertised sales (except water??) only apply if you have their rewards, which is not at all made all clear. I literally asked if the rewards were needed for the advertised sales to the employee, and they said nothing, followed by 'do you want to sign up for the rewards?' I had a line forming behind me at the counter with a single person working so I declined...and then checked the receipt, only to realize the discount(s) I got was JUST on water. The 8-pack of batteries on sale for $7? Nope, try $14 for AAAs! Outrageous. But at least I saved 80 cents on the waters ? terrible business practice...thanks for being open on Christmas Eve, cause I won't be returning.

I just tried to tried to make a return with a valid receipt only to have the cashier flat out lie to me and say "u have to go back to where u purchased it from ever since we went under new management " which was a lie also said my number didn't match receipt also a lie. I understand people are making this world pretty hard to live in, but how dare u treat me like u did when u didn't even try and open the box to verify the item was in there. The only thing u did was make yourself look like a idiot and lose a customer. I didn't catch her name but an older heavy set lady who looks like she is miserable cashiering for a living. Ur behavior added to the current state of our world. DO BETTER

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I called ahead to just ask about hours and how long they estimate the line is for pickup of prescriptions. The lady who answered was sarcastic and rude saying "her crystal ball wasn't working". I just wanted to confirm the hours b/c this Lynnwood location has changed hours in the past due to staffing. I wish the manager here would tell employees to treat customers with respect. It's really sad the pharmacists seem overworked and the managers don't care when they treat customers poorly.

Rude techs. If you hate your job, find something else. If you don’t want to talk to people on the phone find a job that doesn’t involve doing so. If you want more money for your work, invest in yourself… get more certificates… go back to school… DONT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS. Everyone’s stressed and have stuff going.. the last thing people need is feeling like a burden or nuisance when inquiring about medications that are critical for daily functions… especially when the SMS alert system does not work for an individual, which I have seen reported by others.I strongly suggest customer service reports and suggestions be taken seriously, and provide training and even spot checking employees to ensure that this toxic energy isn’t spilling over and drowning the emotions of people in need of their medications.Cheers

Went to get my passport photo taken, incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service by Rue at the photo center. From the second I got there Rue harshly says "what do you want" and slams the door, making exaggerated gestures. They physically rolled their eyes at me when I kindly stated from the federal passport site that tucking my hair behind my ears is not necessary, and they proceeded to be rude and terse, writing on my receipt "customer refused to expose ears" for no apparent reason other than to let me know of my sins. They also sharpied over their name on the receipt, I'm assuming so that I wouldn't remember it to complain. I was nothing but respectful to Rue and told them to have a nice day with a smile on my face, but overall do not recommend going to this photo center/Walgreens

DO NOT go to this pharmacy. Not for vaccines, not for prescriptions. It’s in an awful state. The staff in the pharmacy has zero ability to make empowered decisions to help customers. This is a Walgreens corporate operations and training issue, and a staff leadership issue. There is one pharmacist, and this poor person is literally spread so thin they have to authorize and sign and give input on every transaction. They have 4-6 pharmacy staff who needs help for every single thing. Add trying to get a vaccine appointments done, only the 1 pharmacist can perform, with tedious insurance paperwork = a complete cluster. Angry people at the drive thru + angry people at the counter every time we’ve been there.

Had a covid booster appointment for my daughter. When we arrived, they told us they didn't have the shots. They could have let us know prior that they didn't have it. Not sure why they are scheduling it if the shots aren't available.
