Long lines and difficult time reaching the pharmacy for refills

There is a tall man in glasses at the pick-up counter and drive thru who is deliberately unhelpful, intolerant, and completely irresponsible. He ignored my questions, interrupted anytime I spoke, and made a racist comment after turning away from the counter.I work as a caregiver, I know what burnout can do to a person's sense of empathy, but it is still his and my responsibility as front-facing healthcare workers to address that instead of taking it out on their clients.This person is not cut out for this line of work.Edit: Went back the next day, and an older woman at pick up was able to fill my client's prescriptions no problem. The tall guy told me several times absolutely nothing could be done to refill this prescription and berated me just for being there. Truly, go anywhere else.

Went to get get a passport photo. The employee was very rude and made up some strange excuse about my shirt. Needles to say. I walked outmost he store and took my business elsewhere.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. Extremely slow, unprofessional and unhelpful staff. You’re going to regret not taking a few extra seconds to find somewhere else.

Absolute worst pharmacy. Never ever have your prescriptions sent here. They take random breaks and they tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time when in reality they have no idea when it will be.

Trash pharmacy. They stand around doing nothing and aren't helpful. Disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I get it, you don't like working at Walgreens. But you should at least TRY to act like you give a crap when people are there for their health and well being. If you hate your job so much then just go work somewhere else; don't take it out on the customers.

My experience at this Walgreens location was satisfactory. I made an appointment to get two shots, when I arrived at the shop window I waited approximately five minutes. No one came to the window, so I went to the normal pharmacy window. The woman that assisted me at the pharmacy window was annoyed I wasn't at the shot window, but nobody came to the shop window (I waited 5 minutes). This could easily be fixed if they had a bell/ringer at the shot window. I completed the medical information online prior to my arrival, but the store couldn't retrieved the I formation, so I had to fill out the medical record form again. This was very redundant and a waste of time. The positive part of my visit, was the pharmacist that gave my shots. She did an excellent job. I received two shots, and they were perfect sticks; I did not feel them. Overall, this Walgreens has everything you need, they just need to make their processes more efficient.

Worst pharmacy ever! Inhad this pharmacy retrieve a prescription from my regular pharmacy because mine was out. This Walgreens pharmacy is so incompetent that they transferred my prescription and didn't have it in stock! I will never go to this pharmacy again!

Pharmacy Never has prescriptions ready on time. I have sat in this drive thru three different times today for a total time of over an hour. All while being sick and with a screaming 1 year old. I'm done with this place

Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever! The pharmacist (Sinae H?) was very rude when I was trying to ask more questions about my medication. She kept talking over me without even trying to understand what my question is. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, yelled at me over the counter in front of her staffs, making me feel like I'm stupid. The experience was horrible! I will definitely transfer my prescription to somewhere else! Very bad customer service.

Despite receiving my prescription 25 minutes before close, I was told they were -- for all intents and purposes-- closed to new orders for the night because the store supplies them with too many closing duties during advertised "open" hours of operation to fill them before close. This is no way to run a business. The people working the pharmacy seemed friendly and reasonable. I'll stick with my local family owned pharmacy next time (a convenience I know I'm lucky to have).
