Great customer service, and the sales representative was very patient & knowledgeable in helping me to decide which TV was right for me. I walked into a Best Buy to look for a new tv and surround system. The salespeople were either on their cellphones or talking amongst each other. Nobody came over to see if I had any questions or help me.Next day I walked into Video Only. I received tremendous support from the sales staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!! They gave me lots of great insight and assisted me in purchasing a system that would be perfect for myself and my environment.And when I got home. I checked out the prices I paid versus Amazon and Best Buy online. And the prices I paid were way below Amazon and Best Buy!!Why buy a TV anywhere else!!!And shout out to Tony Who was my main salesperson!!!I will never buy a TV or equipment anywhere else!!Thank you Video Only!

If you need a tv, this is the only place to go. They don't bother with flashy gimmicks or anything to lure you in. All they have are the best televisions at the best prices.

Got an awesome deal and had a great experience here! This is for real a no frills store, but I'd rather have the savings than the fancy building! Got a 77" OLED Samsung with a sound bar. Love it. Highly recommend buying here! Price check it, it's legit. They even have a trade in credit for your old tv whether you have it with you or not. Very positive experience, and i also got to tell them how much i hate their radio ads. Overall, 5 star, I'll just keep changing radio stations when i hear their commercials, but i would for sure buy here again!.

Have issue with sound bar purchased in 2019. Called to get help. Was told they do not provide service support and I would have to fix myself. Not the pitch they gave me when I bought. Am willing to pay for service call as I understand out of warranty. Cannot bring in as mounted on wall. Conversation with supposed service manager was worthless.

I’ve just purchased my third TV from Video Only, and I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional their service is. Today, I brought home the Sony BRAVIA XR X90L, and the entire process was an exceptional.Tony, the floor salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the options. No pressure, just genuine assistance.And then there’s Rio, the Sales Manager. Rio went above and beyond, ensuring that I felt comfortable with my choice. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.Video Only in Lynnwood is the only place to go if you're looking to buy a TV. I keep returning because of their knowledge, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Only place I buy TV's. Best Buy is great if you want to be ignored, and overpay. I suggest Video Only. All the top sets side by side with same images so you can truly compare. Extremely knowledgeable staff that comes through everytime! Just bought my 4th set from them. Ask for Jake, and y'all can thank me later. In a time where customer service is nearly dead these folks still come through shinning! Grabbing a 4K player from them next week. Thanks again Jake!

The slogan is correct, they most definitely have the best prices! My husband and I popped into Video Only on the hunt for a 77" OLED TV. We struck out at Costco, Best Buy, and popped in on our way to Target--we are so glad we did. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable about the models we were interested in and was even able to beat the prices we had seen that day for the same TV. Great experience!
