I had tried multiple times at another Verizon location to resolve multiple issues with my account and phone. When I finally came to this location, I was helped by Daniel. In about a half hour, Daniel solved these problems when others had spent days with no results. I highly appreciate Daniel's service and recommend this location to others.

My husband and I just switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I have to say... Matthew and Daniel were AMAZING!! They were so personable, helpful and informative and made our decision to move to Verizon so worth it!! We are never going to any other Verizon store... MAHALO MATTHEW & DANIEL!! This location was negligent (or a staff member was a thief) and lost my phone, costing me time and money. I recently went to this location to trade in my phone for credit, thinking talking to a person would make it easier. I waited an hour to be helped, but once it was my turn, the staff member was friendly, and I thought they were helpful. I left the store after giving them my device, despite my device drop off being "pending," figuring a bit of a delay was normal since this was what staff told me. 4 weeks later, I am out a phone and the $194 credit I should have received, and verizon is "investigating" for another 7-10 business days. However, it is very simple. A staff member clearly lost my phone/didn't process it properly, chucked it in the back of the store and didn't send it out, or pocketed it. I continue to waste my time dealing with this. As a customer of Verizon for the last 13 years, I can say I've encountered a lot of sales people trying to give me a bad deal at Verizon masked as savings. I've always waited a long time to be helped. I've recently had a $12 surcharge added to my account without notice and was told this is because I don't want to "upgrade" to an unlimited data plan for twice as much per line. These are all customer-unfriendly practices that take advantage of vague legal terms and conditions we are required to agree to as consumers, on top of having consistently poor customer service. I will be leaving Verizon ASAP and would encourage others to do the same, and definitely don't use this location for any trade ins if you actually want your credit.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t service me without my ID card, even tho I had my temporary ID. The guy in glasses was straight out rude and said to call customer service so they would let me without my ID. I don’t pay $100 per month to call myself when I came there and spent time time to come there. Highly unprofessional.

They were very helpful, transparent, and patient. They took their time explaining the different options and transferring data from old phones to the new ones. I especially appreciated their patience as a deaf consumer.

Buying phones is easy here. Getting them to work takes their whole staff I guess. One of the guys digs in his pants at least 8 tines while setting up the phone.and doesn't wash his hands ever. Week after switching in still waiting for my phone to ring. It's my company phone so it's costing me money to be verizon customer this far with no way of getting Verizon on the phone they have put me in a pickle. Thanks Verizon for nothing!!!!!
