This place NEVER opens on time! People have lives to live, work to show up for and they depend on this business to open on time! I'm late for work because the employees are so unprofessional they can't open the store on time.
This happens all year on random days so do yourself a favor and boycott this store.

I usually enjoy coming to this location whenever I drop off return packages from Amazon. However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.

This UPS store location is my favorite! It is very convenient and a ‘one stop shopping’ location. I ship both UPS Ground as well as Amazon returns with no problems! Go here!

Ok I've used this place a bunch of times with good service. However today....pure price gouging! I just needed a regular size medium box to ship some non-fragile stuff. They wanted to charge over $11 just for the box and another $12 to put stuff in the box. $11 FOR A BOX!! Nothing special about it. That is ridiculous. Their boxes must be lined with gold or something.

Used to be a great place with good employees and management. Must have changed hands as it now has terrible customer service! Showed up today to ship a return to AMZ. Had it in it's orginal box, but failed to tape it shut. I asked if I could use one foot of tape and was told we could either use their tape service for $3.79 or I could buy a roll of tape! So I went home and taped it shut and then drove the 10 minutes back. How about a favor today and a reminder that next time I'd be charged? Won't be giving these folks any revenue soon. Better yet--- I will never use their self-serve station again! They can pay an employee for my free returns going forward and I'll make sure to take my time. Nickels and dimes won't replace good customers. Good luck with your taping fees!

The employee that assisted me was so rude and unhelpful. I do not know her name, but she quoted me $300 to ship an item, I inquired about the online quote price and she said i don’t know about that. I asked if $300 was the slowest and cheapest option, she said yes. was also quoted $127 for a box that i ended up getting a uhaul for $8. Went to another ups location, explained what had occurred, they said she must either not know what she was doing or was intentionally being rude. they quoted me for $75 and said that any other store would have the same price.

I came to this location with double digit Amazon returns. It was quite busy, but the employees remained calm and professional. One lady in particular communicated with customers as they entered the store. I did have one return that would not fit in a bag and was charged for not packaging it myself. If I'd known then I could have packaged it, but I'd already waited in line and didn't want to be a pain. Otherwise, this was a great experience. Thanks to all the employees at this location. You all are doing a fine job and it's appreciated.

Absolutely ridiculous that they charged us $15.90 for one box and two strips of tape to close that box. They seem to not care about customers and rip everyone off at every chance they get!

I have no idea what happened to this place, but I will no longer be a UPS customer thanks to this store. I used them before for many services including notary and international shipping. When I would return an item from Amazon that I had packed, but did not tape it closed, that would not be problem. However, they changed their policy so that a 'free' return to Amazon that you packed at home, will now come with a $3 fee from UPS for their 'packaging' service. That 'packaging' service was a simple piece of tape. $3 for a little piece of tape??? Come on...what happened? They were gracious enough to put that $3 charge on their house account this time. I am glad I found out before I decided to ship multiple packages that I need to pack! In today's economy of charging for everything, including 8 cents for a plastic bag, now they charge $3 for a piece of tape!
