This is my favorite UPS store, not just because it's the closest to me but because all the girls that work here are extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful! I didn't catch her name but the woman working on Monday morning on 8-26-2024 is fantastic! Plus, the owner has 2 cute English Bulldogs that are always on the hunt for treats. ? Highly recommend this store

The staff at The UPS Store in Lynnwood on 196th and Hwy 99 are amazing. They are personable and friendly. The store is kept clean and organized, it's nice knowing your packages and mail are handled with great care. They remember who their clients are, it is always a pleasant visit to the store. Thank you! Go team!!

I paid for premium shipping to ensure the timely delivery of a sensitive document. Unfortunately, not only did the document fail to arrive on time, but it was also delayed by four days. Charging customers for premium shipping and then not refunding the amount when the service fails to meet its promise is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Additionally, transferring the blame between UPS and the UPS Store does not help the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

I give 5 star to Crystal and her driver Carlos M.She went extra mile to make sure my new Samsung phone was delivered to her store.She was so patient with a great attitude and smile on her face.I will definitely return again to her store

This is my go to spot for returns, shipments and anything UPS related. I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Crystal who went above and beyond to help me with a package issue I had. I highly recommend this location.

These people are inconsistent. Sometimes they charge you for a PREPAID label and sometimes they don’t. Train your employees to be consistent because this is annoying
