this guys will sell you junk, they won't disclose past issues or open recalls, stay away from this place, I lost $11k for not doing my research, don't make the same mistake as me.
Undisclosed issues, shady and sleazy salesmen, every single one person at this dealership tries to squeeze you for all you got, I just wish people stopped doing business with these type of establishments.

Thousands below KBB on my trade in and typical price inflation with goofy add-ons. Avoid, particularly if you're an inexperienced buyer.
Adding one extra star because Dylan was otherwise professional and good to work with.

I've tried 3 times to buy a car and each time I have lost the car. The dealer says the car is available and we get there and it's already sold out from under us. They also upsell, stating that there is another person interested in the car and they've agreed to all the extra upsell charges, and we can have the car, but we have to agree to the extra charges. My sales guy was green/new and he definitely wasn't being supported by the dealership and was getting screwed by the senior sales people.

Isaac in sales was awesome and Mike, used car director, was very responsive to resolve an issue that came up.

Isaac Ortiz helped me find the perfect car for me! He took the time to listen to my needs and budget, and had several quick recommendations. I loved being able to look my New Tiguan 2021, I don't need to test drive it because I told Isaac to do it for me and I trust him on this, I signed the contract online and just pick up my car after work and deposited my down payment. The best part of this experience is the after sales experience. Isaac answered all my concern even if he is out of the country. Thanks Zac, you're the best! I highly recommend Isaac for people who wants to buy a car at Audi University Lynwood and to experience above and beyond customer service.

Bought a used car from German, whole process was quick and easy. No pressure during the test drive, gave detailed answers to any questions I had about the car. I would recommend this place and especially German to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Bought a Honda Civic from German, which I am really happy with. I did financing through my credit union, which they were fine with and got everything done in 1 hour. It was an easy and no pressure transaction.

I was not happy with my experience here at all, it felt like I was being forced to buy a vehicle, and was not given much of a choice, very uncomfortable situation. The manager made a mistake on my contract, the man that sold me the car forgot to put my plates on and give me the spare key, had to make 3 separate trips to the dealership because of disorganization. The car was also poorly detailed, I had to finish wiping it down myself.

This team always has me and other members in our family owning Audis feeling safe with our purchases and services. Matt Babb in the service department is absolutely amazing. He is always super responsive and detailed with any questions and really does seem to care about customers over the dollar amounts! Won’t go to any other Audi!

We had a great experience having our 2020 A4’s DSG serviced here. Matt Babb was great and responsive, price was better than many indie shops and everyone went above and beyond compared to Audi of Bellevue. We’ll definitely consider coming back here for future maintenance items.

I had a great experience here; after shopping for weeks for a car, I found an attractive deal on a great vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with their motivation to get a competitive and fair deal done. I worked with Dylan Ripley who has been communicative, resourceful, and helpful throughout the whole car-buying process. He got me a great value for my trade-in, helped me explore the creative ways to cover my purchase (warranties, protection plans, etc.) and was the most pleasant car salesmen I've dealt with.
All in all, I would definitely recommend buying a car from this lot, and I'd ask for Dylan when you walk in.
