Truly, if there is any reason to own an Audi in/around Seattle, it is because you have access to Matt, Travis and service crew to take care of you. We all know what it feels like to enter any dealership, but the integrity of this team provides a comfort, nothing else.

Recommend: Yes! I have had my Audi serviced at dealers in Bellevue and Seattle, but University Audi Lynnwood is the best! It was easy to make the appointment, the service advisor listened to all of my concerns, and the technician followed up via video showing what he did in detail. This service department is now my go-to for all of my Audi service.

Kevin was absolutely professional and answered all my questions/concerns. Great service!
08/08/22 Update: Got my second service done. My service agent Travis Nguyen went above and beyond to clarify some of my concerns. As for the service, everything was perfect from car wash to interior cleaning to post service video update.

Guy at the counter today is a clown. Horrible customer service skills, couldn't help with basic questions and making comments about stuff he doesn't know. Will update if manager can help better

It was a service question specific to an Audi model car. They gave me a generic answer, but they did attend to my needs and were courteous and responsive.

Kevin, Sean and the team took great care of my RS3. I brought it in for a few unique issues that were covered under manufacturer warrenty and they ensured all aspects of the issues were covered. They also got me into a loaner car in the meantime. Thank you! Great service!
