The wait here is extreme. I use to drive further just because they were fast here but now expect a 30min wait for a 5 min process. This last time it was 45 mins in line!! And the lines in the parking lot will have you guessing which way to go. This place has changed.

I should have read these reviews first! Avoid the rudeness, inconsistencies of information given and hassle, just use another unit. I hope somehow this helps them run the business better in the future!
