Then, recently, mt battery died & the initial mechanic told me it was the alternator.
Turns out, it was just a loose cable. Paulsons fixed it with zero charge.

“Well let's see when I first went in with check 4x4 light and wrench on. I specifically told them it's either moisture in wiring leading to or from or in the 4x4 switch itself. And since I purchased from Carson cars I had higher expectations. For the next almost 3 weeks it was in the shop a week out a day etc. Claiming to have checked all fluids and thoroughly inspected and can not find a cause. Assuming it's just a touchy system and I was guaranteed good to go to Florida for a vacation for the next few months. Well by the time I made it to California the 4x4 switch fell out into my hand. So obviously it was not inspected as they had said or they would have noticed and fixed it instead of only clearing the error lights. My check engine light is also on repair said it's just cause 4x4 can no longer go off. My fuel door light is on. My trans oil temp is 190 instead of 270 and my truck is now ticking or pinging. I really hope they checked fluids as they claimed. My first payment is due tomorrow on a 17,000.00 loan this kind of pisses me off I've driven less then the repair shop did burning over a hundred miles while in their possession. Now they guaranteed my extended coverage will cover all of these issues they will handle it if I have any problems. I hope they are correct and do so I will update my review after that. And yes Carson cars handled these issues being under the thirty day warranty they give all buyers on all cars, though they also claim free transpo while being fixed this amenity was not offered to me at anytime but I was given a ride from one of the salesmen and my car was brought to me”
“I waited 1500 miles after the work was done to post this review. Espinoza gave me a great price, on a hard job, my car has a lot of aftermarket parts. They got the job done on schedule and they were pleasant to work with. They'll certainly be getting more of my business.”
“I made an appt on line, specifying the services I needed and my appt was made 3 weeks prior to arrival. When I showed up, I was told "I made the wrong appt" and I could only have an oil change, despite all the requested services being clearly listed. The staff were professional but offered no resolution. I contacted Harris Ford management and simple shared my disappointment as I was seeking more than an oil change and had noted services requested. Simply said, they made it right. They contacted me and got the services done. I was impressed and grateful for the quick service recovery. I would go to five stars if the service staff showed appreciation and gratitude for their patrons. They were professional as I said earlier, however don't seem to offer a natural attitude of "wanting my business". If they could focus on that, it would really make me want to take my truck there, as no one knows Ford trucks and their service needs like a Ford dealer.”
