Just want to say thanks for Top Fitness for excellent customer service. Needed some specialized equipemnt. JT was knowledgable and helpful. Store has an excellent selection of high quality equipment for a lot of different fitness applications (CrossFit, bodybuilding, general fitness) and at reasonable prices.. Will definitely be back next time I need to make a big gym purchase. Thanks again.

Great service- knowledgeable- and personable. Don’t order off Amazon . Go the extra step and walk the show room and see and feel the equipment.

I've been looking @ the FT2 Inspire ever since a friend showed it to me about a year ago (Thanks Jodi). I'm too tired to want to be stuck in the thick of traffic after a 10hr day & then hitting the gym, so I chatted with the website & they forwarded my info to Jordan @ Top Fitness in Lynnwood, WA. We talked back & forth over email & he was very quick at getting back to me. He answered all my questions & gave me a great deal on the FT2 fully loaded as well as the financing. Now I'll be able to work out whenever I want, and it's just a 2 min walk down to my garage?? I'll probably head back for an elliptical machine later on. This was an easy & headache free transaction. Thanks Jordan!

This place is great. Way better than trying to order online. Sales person was a huge help and did their best to get me best price available. I was able to get the product delivered and installed the same week I purchased. The product came with missing parts pieces and they sales person promptly provided the missing items. I even discovered after a week or two that one of the weights from the stack was missing and they promptly scheduled someone to come out and install the missing weight. Couldn’t get customer service like this online. I highly recommend this place if they have the equipment you’re looking for.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my bike, not only are the gentlemen who work there extremely knowledgeable about the product, they are very cordial. They work with you. I will definitely go back for future purchases and I highly recommend it if you are looking for work out equipment. Prices are very good ??

Clay was knowledgeable and helpful throughout our elliptical search. I know his job is sales, but I never felt like I was “being sold” on anything. Clay was there to answer our questions and guide us through our trials of different elliptical brands and models. He worked efficiently, but was patient with us throughout our visit and during numerous phone calls with questions trying to decide on the best option. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Will look to Top Fitness first for our future equipment wants/needs!

I came to purchase a massage gun. I recruited the expertise from Tanner at their Lynwood location.Tanner was delightful to work with, knowledgeable of the products, and demonstrated how to use the product.I received exceptional customer service, and Tanner made the process easy, and rewarding.Would recommend anyone looking for home fitness products to work with Tanner and the Precor team.

Tanner was well-informed about differences between models of treadmills and pointed out relevant issues for me to consider among various models. He also was very professional and did not employ a “ hard sell” technique. Overall a good experience.

We were tentative when we went to Top Fitness (formerly Precor), Alderwood Mall store and inquired about the Spirit recumbent bicycle. Salespeople did not pressure us, thoroughly and insightfully answered questions during repeated visits (primarily dealt with David, now at the Tukwila store, and Jordan). Once the bike was delivered, we called the service department (talked with Clay) to ask more questions, and we were also reassured about the extended warrantee. This machine is just better designed and more solid than other, less expensive machines we tested, service and sales seemed more attentive. The upshot is that, two years after purchase, it still induces us to go downstairs and exercise for long stretches of time.
