My middle school son got hair color highlights here yesterday. We are very satisfied with the service they provided to us in creating the hair we wanted. The salon was clean and the hair washing section was done perfectly to leave no shampoo residue on my son's hair, and they were kind to me and my child. So, after the service was completed, my son's hair did not smell like hair dye or shampoo, and after it was finished, his hair became softer, so we finished the service happily.

Sue was amazing, friendly, gentle and very skillful. She did a wonderful job on my hair. She listens to my hair concernes and takes her time to communicate. I will most definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have been exploring and comparing different hair salon options in the neighborhood in the past 14 years living in Lynnwood/ Alderwood Mall area. I came back to Who Hair since they seem to put forth most effort and dedication in my daughters and my hair. Most recent visit to the salon was on 11/15/2023. I love how the lead stylist and the stylist came together to work on my highlights. They lead stylists has been working there for over 10 years.
It’s a privilege to have a such professional stylist in town.

Ruined my color and my hair is breaking. They let me leave the salon with remnants of bleach still in my hair. And they blow dried it that way for more than 10 minutes. I saw my broken strands of hair on the back of the chair and the cape. I had high hopes but I will never go back.

my cut was so bad that i had to wear a beanie for a straight 4-5 months to school. and they charged me for 50 for a cut that didnt even remotely look like the pictures i showed. then they gave me a bowl cut that looked just completely awful. IT WASNT EVEN LINED UP. i dont even comment at all on anything but me commenting on this salon really means something. never go here ever

I so love my hair!!!! It’s perfection!! Hannah is the best! She takes time with your hair. It’s worth it!! She is kind, attentive and very professional. This place makes me feel like home ? Plus, I was falling asleep during my keratin, hair color and hair cut ?♀️ , 4 hours Lol . It’s my second time going to this place and I highly recommend her and her other co staffs. This salon was recommended by my good friend and his son, who's at the same age as my own son. With K-style being so popular among these young people, my son always wants to have a look just like a K-pop singer or a K-star. There are many Korean salons in Bellevue, but most of them are pricey. My friend highly recommended this salon as it's cheaper and the quality is good. The salon is located inside the mall of H-Mart. The entrance makes it look small, but once we walk in, we realize that it's not that small. There were quite a few chairs inside the salon, and there was a waiting area at the entrance. We didn't make an appointment in advance, but they were able to fit us in since they were not busy at that time. My son showed the stylist the photo of hair style he wanted, and the stylist just started to work on him. The haircut included shampoo and blow dry. The haircut lasted longer than we had expected as the stylist was cutting carefully. I asked if my son was happy with his haircut, and he gave me a thumb up. Great! I guess we will come again.

Self care is something I live by. I don't do needles or anything like that but getting a decent hair cut here and there is a must. Today has been my 3rd time to get my hair done by Ana. What I love about her is that she's not a talker. Someone can appreciate like I do unlike other salon, hairstylists can be too chatty and get too personal. Ana, she knows my hair is fine and just know what kind of texture I'm looking for. I let her decide on my hair colors and that happened 2x already. I've been very happy with the last cut and colors she's given me-- people have given me nice compliments about my new hairstyle. Hehehe When that happens, I am more happy and encouraged to take good care of myself. Back to this place, it doesn't look intimidating and is well kept. A simple greeting from Ana and staff is wonderful enough. I just appreciate how they are systematic. Ana has someone to shampoo my hair and Ana does the big job-styling and color. She's pleasant and listens to my wishes. I really like that. She's very skillful and doesn't take 3 hrs as I have at other places when my hair literally just needs 45 minutes for both cut and color. My gosh, I think I'll come back to see Ana again. Her prices seem reasonable and not overwhelming at all. I recommend this place. I encourage you to make an appointment though. She seems to be very busy.
