My partner and I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and we have genuinely enjoyed our time here! Part of what makes this apartment complex so nice (aside from the nice location and all the greenery!) is the Seasons staff. The office staff (Haili and Maddison especially) are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Any time I've called in with an issue, they do their best to get it sorted right away. I appreciate their consistent community outreach, both in providing alerts and in organizing resident events! The maintenance staff are also incredibly helpful, especially Tony!! We've had several urgent maintenance issues, and each time Tony has responded to us ASAP, delivering both an efficient and personable service!The attentiveness of the staff here was a large factor in our ultimate decision to move here, and we've remained happy with our decision the whole time we've been here!

Delivery drivers can't see anything when it rains at night on the numbers letters of the apartment put on a map at front, even for emergency cars. Firefighters will be late to finding the right apartment number. You're playing with the lives of ppl.

It is my 4th year at the Seasons apartment. I made my first impression of this place right after moving up here. And my thoughts remain the same as then, feeling safe and comfy. So now I'd like to make this review short and sweet about Tony.I love (Everybody loves) Tony, who is in charge of the maintenance team. First of all, he has a great vibe. He is very good at everything, I mean everything. I've never seen anybody such a smart, strong, and sweet human being ever. And last but not least, he knows what he is doing and doesn't mind he being bothered (According to him. lol.) The seasons has great staff members. I just want to say to everyone, "Thank you very much!"

I really enjoyed my experience here even though I moved out due to some circumstances on my own end. The consultant Haili really helped me with my moving out process and really showed me excellent help and was extremely patient with all my questions. 10/10 recommend the staff.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment! I love the scenic views and the well-maintained grounds. Although I ultimately chose not to lease here because of its distance from work, the office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hailey, our leasing agent, was both kind and professional. She took the time to show us all the amenities and the best features of the apartment. It's a great place to tour!

I have lived in the Seasons since June 2019 and I was really happy to call this place home. The maintenance folks are really personable and polite not to talk of their prompt resolution of any maintenance issues that I have had since living here. The staff I encountered when I moved in were super nice and respectful. Unfortunately I was recently disrespected and yelled at on the phone by one of the leasing staff because of a mishap with my lease renewal that I had done due diligence to be proactive with. I pay my rent timely and have loved calling seasons home but sadly that encounter has left a bad impression.

Things started out ok but the complex is very old and while they charge the "going market rate" to stay competitive, the units are a joke. Things are starting to break and fall apart and it takes FOREVER for anyone to respond to any work orders. When they come, they give me excuse of this and that and it's usually budget related (is this really my problem when I already pay over the top rent?). I pay my rent on time. It would be nice to have something fixed and on time when stuff break. Just what the heck are these people doing with all the money they collect is beyond me. For months my car parking spots lights have been flickering and it's scary to get in my car at night. I ask about the status and I get the "we have other high priority stuff to fix" response . If you have over $2400 to spend on rent, go elsewhere. This place is falling apart and the staff only ask me to put a good word on review so they get their incentives. Give me a break. Do a job you were hired to do. I am not going to post a positive comment online when you take weeks to respond to a service request and only nice to me whenI sign the lease!!!

I lived here for 8 months and it was a great experience! Maddi and Hali are very friendly, informative, and attentive. They are both very prompt to respond to phone calls and emails!The property has a wonderful pool/hot tub space, great gym (for an apartment complex), and an indoor basketball court which was utilized one evening as a community paint and sip night! I love that they have events for tenants to attend! Another great feature is the 24/7 indoor amazon parcel lockers. The property has an ample amount of parking in addition to the one spot that comes with your unit with a monthly fee.Tony, the main maintenance guy was always on top of it! Anything that needed replacing he was quick to get in contact with you and set up a time to come and fix your request. He even helped me move my dresser into the recycling bin when I was moving out!Two things I was unsatisfied with-1) The valet trash company would not come everyday or they would skip over our unit- which is frustrating because we pay $25/mo for valet trash service in addition to the utility trash charges.2) During the initial lease signing, it was not disclosed that an additional $3 for pest was going to be charged every month. The cost wasn't the issue, it was the discovery of having an additional monthly fee.My time at The Seasons was very pleasant and I would most definitely recommend!

Hello! I did a tour here on Saturday for an apartment with Maddison and she was so great. She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She wrote a map for me so I knew exactly where everything was it was so helpful. She went above and beyond in everything. I’d lease here just because of her!!!

On my second year here and still impressed with the maintenance and management teams. Tony is great at responding timely and taking care of maintenance requests. The location in Lynnwood is also good for proximity to both the 5 and 405 plus all amenities.
