My wife and I have worked with The Niles Team three times now — 2 home purchases and a mortgage refinance. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, organized and efficient. They made the process headache-free and relatively easy. David made my first house buying experience as smooth as possible. He always took the time to explain how things worked, what the options were, and what it would mean now and further down the road. He answered all my many questions without losing patience. I was never surprised by an expense or process that was left unsaid. I shopped around at first for lenders but found that most just gave me approval and then moved on. No information or discussions. You were simply on your own to figure out how this all worked. Ryan and his team are exceptional professionals! As a first time homebuyer, there were many things I was not familiar with the buying process. Ryan and his team did a great job at keeping me informed and making sure that I had all my questions answered. Not only that they expedited the whole process of getting my mortgage approved and closing on the house, which was phenomenal! From the time that I found my townhouse to closing, it was three weeks!
