After looking everywhere in Canada, I found the Tuxedo Cat I was looking for in The Lego Store at Alderwood Mall! Also wanted to give a shout out to Jeff and Sera for their friendly service!

Was fun. Legos are expensive but the kid enjoyed it and they are fun to play with
