Friendly Staff and I'm not sure if it's because they stock more or if this store is less frequented since it's basically part of the mall, or at least have to deal with mall traffic, They have almost everything still available from the holiday sales Home Depot is offering this year, compared to the others around that are starting to dwindle in inventory or those items. I will definitely deal with the mall traffic and start making my way to this one more often.

Good location with plenty of parking spots. The store employees are very helpful and friendly. You could get most of your needs in Home Depot, you would be surprised by the variety of collections Home Depot has to offer.

Poorly managed. Many employees hovering around the store doing nothing but only 1 staff in customer service while the line is long. Added 1 star because Ian was helpful despite the only employee in there.

Home Depot in Lynnwood seems to be the worse about this over all the locations I’ve been to. I work for a huge contractor in the area that services 4 areas of the trades, and as a company spend near a million dollars a year at multiple Home Depot locations in the area. They turned their systems over to Self-Checkout to employ less bodies to save costs, yet the employees standing around doing nothing hassle people over checking receipts and verifying everything gets scanned.. if you’re that concerned over loss prevention and merchandise you should go back to original cashier system, or have some trust for valued customers who’re in full uniform of the company they work for and are at the register willingly scanning their items. Makes zero sense and automatically points the finger at paying customers who do in fact scan every single item, and pay. Unlike the homeless who walk in and help themselves and walk freely out the door lol get it together Home Depot. Train your employees to not jump the gun on customers who look decent and responsible

The store is clean and looks nice, but customer service is inferior, and the associates working there are all new young people who need to learn more about the products. We need to wait more than one hour for customer service to return. The old days of Home Depot are gone with wind.

Home Depot are like two stores woven together. There are aisles of consumer/gardener/homeowner supplies, but most of their business base is their unique supply of professional construction and landscaping products. The stores are built to a standard design, so I know, when I walk into a Home Depot, approximately where everything I need will be.

A little light on hardware items. The store is a bit more of a general retailer than a true big box hardware store. However you can still get nuts and bolts here (even metric ones). They have a basic level of what you would expect at HD, tools, materials but going deep, here on hardware may leave you disappointed.

The Warrenton Oregon store has improved lately. All the clerks work hard to help me, and I do need help. How they make it easier for my veteran advantage. Thank you H/D. Maybe new management. The Linwood store is very helpful also.

Sure the new store is nice, but the employees and the companies they contract are incompetent. Do not get blinds here! We have been without blinds since January. Blinds ordered incorrectly in February. The replacement order came end of March and they didn’t contact the installers until mid April. And then to schedule with the blind installing company is next to impossible. We took a day off work to finally have them installed and they still haven’t showed. Can’t wait to talk to corporate because the management at this store hasn’t dove anything for us.

Took me 10 minutes to find someone to talk to about getting a trimmer. They said they would send someone over. Waiting 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Called the main number and asked for help and still nobody showed. Help is non existent.

Home depot always has the best indoor plant selection. Even when I'm just along for trip when my boyfriend needs to make a Home Depot run, I almost always end up coming home with another new house plant. They have a big variety of indoor plants to choose from.We recently scored a Venus Fly Trap plant at Home Depot. This thing really does enjoy eating little fruit flies. This plant has kept both my 7 year old and I entertained :)

I come to this Home Depot location often for my projects and mainly deal with the blinds department. Eden has been absolutely amazing and really knows what she’s doing. She makes my job easier every time. She’s so quick & extremely kind. Thank you so much Eden!! :)

I think what this store can learn is to serve a customer better while one is asking to route the call to the right person. I have been making around 6-7 calls to reach someone in the flooring department, but failed to do so. Why do they even bother to write the phone number and extension in the visiting card if we are not supposed to make a call there? Does it really add to good customer experience??

This homedepo is well stocked, staff are friendly but I think sometimes its just quicker to not ask for help!. Always go around in circles and gets rather annoying. But with that said the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Its pickup option has been handy and quick.
