I have suffered with plantar fasciitis and a heel bone spur in my right foot for a year. The pain severely limited my participation in my favorite activities: walking my dogs, walking the golf course, and playing pickleball. I had 3 cortisone shots which brought only temporary relief. Superfeet inserts provided minimal relief. I visited the Lynnwood GoodFeet store and was helped by Bryan. When he measured my feet I learned I was pronating on my right foot, which also explained the pain in the medial side of my right knee. About one month ago Bryan fitted me for their 3-tier orthotic system. I e been wearing them diligently daily and also using the medi foot massager I bought there daily. After one month I am now barely aware of minor discomfort in my right heel, and only when barefoot. My right knee pain has disappeared completely and while wearing the orthotics my feet no longer hurt at all! This week I was able to walk 8 miles on a hilly golf course with no pain during or after! I am ecstatic with the progress. I highly recommend Bryan’s assistance if you are also suffering from foot pain!!

Gavin was fantastic. A consultation takes about 45 minutes but they take the time to understand your situation and explain everything. My husband could tell a difference in his the insoles would help with his foot pain just walking around their store. Thank you Gavin and team for your help!
