One of the best gyms I have had the pleasure of training at. I am a BJJ black belt and have trained all over the world. Coach Wise and his team provide one of the best environments I have been a part of. I am currently coming off an injury a this place has been a second home since moving to Washington. If you are in the area this is the gym with classes from beginning to advanced!

Haven’t been here in a while, but all I can say is that if you are looking for a place with friends and family here you can find it. Truly grateful this gym was in my life, 100% suggest to go here.

Edit: had an account issue and it was resolved quickly.This will be the cleanest gym you will ever go to. Neat, organized, well stocked with weights, pull-up bars, treadmills and even a nordic hamstring curl machine. It also smells good which is rare for an mma gym!

I was worried about being a female in my 30s just starting BJJ and receiving a lot of judgement. I was so wrong!! Coach Wiseman, and all of Team Wise, make this the most welcoming environment possible! And everyone genuinely just wants to help you become better! My only complaint is that I didn’t find this place sooner!

The coach here is all about progress and has a huge heart. Cares and pushes you past your limits. I wont go to another gym ever again. Also in competitio. There statistics dont lie there the best around 10/10 will always recommend.

the MMA gym for people who want to go pro. Coach Wiseman is extremely knowledgeable and always pushes his students to succeed. He's tough but not without reason. Highly recommend children's BJJ to the parents looking to instill discipline in their kids.

Choosing a jiu-jitsu facility is a tough choice. With so many gyms focusing on belts and stripes rather then technique and structure, finding the perfect fit is challenging. After 8 months of training at a Gracie Barra facility and rapidly ranking up, my son decided to give Team Wise a try.Our first class was tough and humbling. White belt after white belt was destroying my son, a yellow belt. Their technique was far more advanced and their positioning was amazing. Losses piled up and we realized that even though he knew his jiu-jitsu, we were victim of a belt factory.We then met Coach Arik right then we knew why the Team Wise kids were so successful. Arik is a strong and direct Coach who is very hands on. When the kids train, they train hard. Each child knows that they can be a champion with the positive reinforcement provided by Coach Arik and his staff. This sentiment was also provided by several BJJ Professors in the area as they recommended Arik's kids BJJ program.Classes at Team Wise are great and convenient. Kids class is Monday thru Saturday 5:00pm to 6:00pm and are all taught by Coach Arik. As kids progress, they can attend the adult class which is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.The Team Wise facility is fantastic. A huge, clean, two story training facility with a viewing area for parents and a large mat area for jiu-jitsu. Classes range from 10 - 20 students with ample area for safe training. Parents can also train cross-fit while their kids train jiu-jitsu which is an added plus. Parking is also not an issue as there are ample spaces provided.If you have kid that are looking for strength and conditioning or self-defense skills, give Team Wise a try. You will not be disappointed. !00% Recommended!

Has a great family feel stemming from mixed parents/kids classes. Tues-Sat class is typical broken up with an hour of skills work, typically drilling a series or family of moves. The last 30 minutes is usually rolling in a tournament format. This help those going to tournaments immensely. Mondays & Fridays are no-gi rolling.

My 13 year old is having a great time here. Coaches are great, facility is top notch and all the kids seem to enjoy themselves.
