Team Wise Training Center, located in Lynnwood, WA, has been training families in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts since 2006. It is home to one of the best BJJ competition teams in the greater Seattle area and has grown into a powerhouse martial arts school. The gym provides world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction along with additional classes in kickboxing, striking, strength and conditioning, and MMA, all included in the monthly membership. Haven’t been here in a while, but all I can say is that if you are looking for a place with friends and family here you can find it. Truly grateful this gym was in my life, 100% suggest to go here.

Edit: had an account issue and it was resolved quickly.This will be the cleanest gym you will ever go to. Neat, organized, well stocked with weights, pull-up bars, treadmills and even a nordic hamstring curl machine. It also smells good which is rare for an mma gym!
