Haven’t been here in a while, but all I can say is that if you are looking for a place with friends and family here you can find it. Truly grateful this gym was in my life, 100% suggest to go here.

Edit: had an account issue and it was resolved quickly.This will be the cleanest gym you will ever go to. Neat, organized, well stocked with weights, pull-up bars, treadmills and even a nordic hamstring curl machine. It also smells good which is rare for an mma gym!
Team Wise has been training families in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts since 2006. Located in Lynnwood, WA, we are home to one of the best BJJ competition teams in the greater Seattle area. In addition to world class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, we offer additional classes in kickboxing, striking, strength and conditioning, and MMA. All of this is included in our monthly membership packages! While mainly providing martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu lessons in Lynnwood, Bothell and Mill Creek areas, we have a large number of students from Shoreline, Kenmore, Everett, Bellevue, and Seattle.
