My husband and I were really excited to utilize their services as they came highly recommended from a friend and had great reviews, unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience. We were charged a comparable rate to other tax facilities ~$400 for relatively straight forward tax return. For that price we did not hear much from our tax consultant (we did not have "included" 30 minute meeting they advertise). When we did hear from them they just wanted to file continuances to get more time to file our taxes. The BIGGEST issue I had was once we received our taxes we realized we received another persons tax return (social security numbers included) and the tax firm did nothing about it. When we did eventually receive our taxes my husband caught that our tax forms neglected to include our city, zip code, and was missing my middle name on the document (required on the federal form) - again nothing done about it. By the 3rd time the documents seemed to by completed appropriately.My caution is if you do use their service review your documents VERY carefully.

Highly recommend! Very professional and very thorough. This is an amazing group of people. They are so kind and willing to go above and beyond to explain things and help in anyway they can. I can't say enough good things about them!

We worked with Mary Williams for the first time this year and were very happy with her service! I wish I came to her years ago to save all the headache and bickering with my husband when tax time comes around. I consider myself type A personality and like to be thorough and meticulous with everything I do. I love Mary's work because it resonates my ideals!! She explains things in the most simple and concise way! She makes it seem so simple and easy. She responds back very quickly. I love the secured feature where I can text her a message whenever I have a question. The office is nice and clean. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend Mary Williams!!

I met w Kristine yesterday, even after having to cancel two prior appointments, she was gracious and happy to meet w me. I started my small business last Aug. and set up as an S-Corp. Since then, I have been dreading going through tax season. Kristine was so great! I felt that she sincerely cared about my business success. More than anything, I really needed to work with someone that would sort of hold my hand and answer all of my repetitive questions, which she is doing. I am soooooo happy I found her, and Tax Partners NW is lucky to have her. Thank you Kristine!

How wonderful to have true tax experts in your corner! These folks are great, and I gladly recommend them to anyone. Once you visit with them, you will never prepare your own return or go to one of the big tax franchises ever again. Try it and see!

These folks are wonderful! Our tax return had been done by one of the big name tax companies. When we received that dreaded letter from the IRS, we were in a panic! We did not know why we were being asked to pay back over $5000. We called Mary at Tax Partners Northwest, and she took charge of the situation. She explained everything to us, handled all of the communications with the IRS, and solved our problem! She was fabulous, and we will never have tax work done anywhere else. Highly recommend!
