There was some guy who cameUp to me at 9:45 and says I think you should be about done shopping , you know why ? Huh ? Two words, GIANT TARGET, versus the ones in Seattle: Downtown, Northgate, UDistrict, and Ballard. The latter two has closed.I've stopped in previously, usually for a detour for The Homie or items for The Nephew. This was the first time to create a Target account to place an online order for store pickup (11/25/23 - 11/26/23). I appreciated the ease of locating the item and its availability at various store sites. I was also given an update when it was ready for pickup. Why 3 stars? Poor signage of where to get assistance. Big sign near entrance says Returns /Exchanges, but dinky sign for Order Pickups. Scanner used by store associate was glitchy to scan the bar code. And the 80 cents extra charge for a bag fee, of which was never received. UPDATE: bag fee was removed because of the completed onsite/in-person pickup.Thankfully, a limited item was available post Black Friday. However, I rarely go out of my way to shop here. It can get a bit busy and congested with its proximity to Alderwood Mall.

Me and my step brothers were goofing off not harming anything, or anybody, then two employees came up to us and told us to knock it off harshly, and then when when we stopped one off my step brothers wanted a piggy back ride and tried to get on the other, and the employees told us that we done and we got kicked out. We came in with my mother and grandmother.

ADD MORE SELF CHECKOUT LINES! Absolutely ridiculous that the line is stretching from the front of the store to the back... AWFUL AWFUL LINES! Go to another target.

I enjoy visiting Target because of its cleanliness, size, and more comprehensive selection than other Target locations. The customer service is good whenever I need assistance. The major problem I have with this Target is their long checkout lines. This problem can be mitigated by having more cashiers or creating a new self-checkout line.

Great location and good parking. I had a drive up order and it took them a quick amount of time to get my merchandise to me in a timely manner. The very nice blonde girl yesterday made sure my stuff was secured in my car and had a smile on her face the whole time. The Starbucks is also very good and fast. Will be returning soon!

I have no issues with the inventory or cleanliness of this store. I come here very frequently for my weekly essentials and I never have a problem finding anything. The service from employees is also satisfactory. This would be a fantastic Target if it wasn't for the line. It's gotten to the point that I actually set a timer to see how fast I can get to the register. The shortest wait I've had in my last 3 visits is 12 minutes... Maybe we cross-train some of the floor employees to come up to ring when it's super backed up? I don't know, it just doesn't make sense to see like 15 staff members but only have 3 registers open. I'm buying groceries, not waiting at the DMV.

Lots of employees milling around stocking shelves. Two employees at the return desk. Not a single employee on a register. Only self check out available. I counted 3 customers in front of me in line and 8 behind me. Worst target experience ever. The store culture is far from friendly not a single hello or even acknowledgement that I existed.

So messy, unorganized, and picked through. Better off ordering online. In fact, that's exactly what happened. Left the store empty handed and found the items elsewhere.

Great customer service. Guest service was helpful especially right before closing . Hassle free return. Awesome to see this type of service. You can tell they need help , lots of returns still sitting on the counter and not a lot of help. My service was great. Overall they can use more staff from my 5 minute observations at the counter. I'd go back here and shop easy parking for those who order on the app that's a 5/5.
