I had a Gaming Desktop Computer to repair. I went to the BestBuy, They charged me a lot to repair and they couldn’t fix it and I had same problem.
My buddy recommended T.S.USA Computer.
They are so knowledgeable, No Membership, Affordable price and a Great Customer Service.
Also, they gave me a Gift and made me very happy in a same day.

I was recommended this place by my mother who comes here relatively often to get my laptop checked due to my fans overworking. Sadly, I had to leave back to the east coast in August and the parts that were needed wouldn't have come in for another month or so. Sali was extremely kind and double checked my laptop to make sure that it was a fan issue (could be more) and was so kind to not charge me for the initial checkup of the problem. The location is easy to get to, there's lots of parking available, the shop itself is clean and the workers there are lovely. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Sali!

Kind person named Sali helped me out, figured out what was wrong with my laptop (motherboard/CPU problem). Gave it to me straight and said it wasn’t worth it to repair it unless I wanted to. Refused payment for the diagnostic as my laptop was a goner anyways. Wonderful human being.

Sali at TS USA Computer is friendly and exceedingly fair. I came to her with a malfunctioning printer. She figured out the issue, explained how to fix it, but then said unfortunately it was something she couldn't do in-store. She refused to take any payment even though she spent several hours diagnosing the issue. My printer works again now like new after I implemented the fix she explained to me. I think she totally deserves a chance at earning your business!

Very friendly and helpful gentleman provided me great information to solve my problem. I was struggling to recover data from a hard drive on a crashed HP laptop. He told me how to get it done and what I needed to make it happen. For no/charge. I will definitely come back when I need these type of services again.

Do not go here for PC repairs. They did not correctly diagnose my problem and suggested I buy unnecessary parts that cost me $100 plus their consultation fee, when I did not need new parts at all.
