Wish the lady wouldnt have told me they dont ship on declining sales so i drove 600+ miles round trip in a yukon denali to pick up some cups that ended up being alibaba/ebay ceramics. The guy told me they couldve shipped when i got there. Nice people though.

Been buying from Steve & Chris for several years now. Great people. Super nice and if you ever have a bad buying experience, call right away they really go out of their way to make it right and fix the problem. They have helped me with bad connection issues, incorrect lot numbers, etc… They always get it right and fix the issue.They sometimes have amazing items that I haven’t seen in years. Good variety of items. Great people!! 5 stars in my book!!

I used to love coming to the auction and did so for years. I would bring a lunch and stay for the whole thing even if I never bid. I got some great deals along the way. Over the past few years the service and experience has gotten steadily worse and the buyers/sellers premiums higher.I have had employees there snap at me and be unjustly rude. Photos aren't posted well, auctions called off because of lack of staff on multiple occasions (well before Covid panic-demic)I only look occasionally now but it has to be something I REALLY want to actually bid and won't make the drive there after the past few bad experiences.

For great deals you must go the Saturday auctions. There's a mix of everything, different items each week and often very good deals. Be sure to go in person for box lots( estate sale leftovers) for some incredible deals. I've been a bidder/customer for many years and the staff are friendly, knoledgable and even help with loading for the heavier items. You also can go online for the Tuesday and Saturday auctions.

This is a fabulous place with some very unique finds. They do both in shop auctions and online auctions, with a host of different items from furniture to jewelry to art to coin. All in all a great place to spend an afternoon.
