I purchased a used vehicle in Seattle and I live in South Carolina so I wanted a reputable local mechanic to perform a full PPI and give me some feedback on the car. I called STS based on their reviews and high rating and could not have been happier with their services. Tiffany and her team were kind and responsive and they expedited and coordinated getting the vehicle to their shop and completing the inspection in order to help me finalize the deal heading into a weekend. I would recommend them with no hesitation for any type of PPI inspection and I have no doubt that they are equally as capable and professional when hired for any of their services. I was recommended to STS, and I will say I am glad I was. Staff here is awesome, friendly, and transparent! April 2023 I had my car serviced at STS. They provide exceptional service and attention to detail. They were able to include suggestions on upcoming services my car would need. With that; I am able to budget for the work that needs to get done. The staff are very patient and personable. Took my car here for some routine maintenance work (brake fluid change, battery replacement, etc.) They first did a full inspection on my car and gave me a list of things they recommend taking care of+estimates for the work. I really liked that the estimates had a full breakdown of the cost down to parts vs labor hours - gives me more confidence that I’m paying fair price for the work. Friendly and professional shop and most importantly they took good care of my car!

This was a nice place to enjoy up stair. We also got some coffee and the sofa was very clean.They also kept this place very neat they also have a tv to entertain us while there fixing our car with outstanding service, this was so nice.

Mostly a great experience. The staff went out of their way to get me setup for my performance upgrades. The location is well maintained and waiting upstairs in their lounge was great. I was surprised the tech missed something fairly obvious so one star off for that. Details below:I got a JB4 unit to install in my BMW and I bought the Bluetooth connector for it. STS installed the main component but told me they didnt see where the Bluetooth could be installed. I took it home and found out how to install it from a YouTube video and got it installed myself within 15 minutes.

I have used STS for the last year or so. I am impressed with their top service! The most recent service was my exhaust manifold replacement. They worked with me, even working through their lunch, to be able to get my car back to me in time to accommodate my schedule! This was very appreciated!
