Extremely unprofessional. I ordered flowers out of state through this flower shop three weeks ago. We never received a confirmation of delivery. We called today and were told that it was never delivered. They didn't think to call us to follow up with our order that we placed three weeks ago! We went three weeks trusting that our order was fulfilled. The shop did not do their due diligence and therefore I will no longer work with them.

I called last minute to place in an order and they had told me they were done with their Seattle deliveries for the day. But Holly asked around and was able to make my same day delivery happen. So shoutout to Holly for making it all happen! Side note she was also going to help me look for a florist that could make that delivery if they weren’t able to. Really satisfied with her customer service, thank you again!

Spoke with someone by the name of Holly who guaranteed me a special circumstance since I was surprising an educator who changed my life.
I told the employee and she helped me plan and told me to call a few days in advance and to order them and I would be given the "instore special price" and I was VERY thankful for that.
I called today and the manager raised her voice and basically called me a liar and tried to tell me what I was told was not what I was told. You want to know why your location is not busy maybe do not be incredibly rude to the customer. You want to lose out on a sale that's fine. Do not tell people you care about them and their order then!

Best flower shop in Lynnwood. I called the day before to get 120 roses to distribute, not only did Staidum flowers accommodate but also held my order for 2 days when I could make it in! Amazing customer service and the people of Edmonds Care got something to feel special about! Thank you Stadium Flowers!

I am short, so tall arrangements always make me feel shorter. What service! We had a custom made centerpiece -they took out a yardstick to show height and length then made a nontoxic to cats selection. Worth every penny. I've never been happier

I bought my mom a bouquet flowers for a birthday. They arrived Earlier than I had expected, which was great and the flowers she got was hands down the most beautiful bouquet I have ever bought anybody. It's was a full Luscious bouquet that actually looked like the picture!! They were delivered twelve days ago when they Are still beautiful. I have bought From several other flowerdelivery stores and when they get delivered and I see what they look like I am so disappointed. They are usually not bloomed, Spindally little things that honeslty are embarrassing to send to someone. For the price you pay , you would hope to get a halfway decent Bouquet of flowers. I have heard good things about stadium flowers. And I wish I would've go to them sooner.

I love Stadium Flowers because they always seem to knock it out of the park! Whether it is for corsages/boutonnières for a school dance, a Thanksgiving centerpiece, a happy birthday bouquet, a congratulations arrangement, or this sympathy basket pictured below that I just ordered yesterday, the flowers are exquisite!!! Gorgeous, really!!!And yes, I have ordered all of those various arrangements of flowers from Stadium Flowers over the past year!I will continue to do so because the flowers selected for each arrangement are beautiful, they are thoughtfully placed together, they are creatively manipulated to just work well together, and the employees truly appear to care about providing the best quality to their customers!!A couple of last highlights that I enjoy about this company includes the fact that their website is easy to navigate and their deliveries consistently make it to their destinations by the time requested! They may be a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, it is money well spent!Clearly, I am a very happy customer!

Wow! A very courteous and friendly girl answered the phone (I prefer calling to ordering online), she offered same day service and the recipient sent us a picture of the beautiful Poinsettia bowl within a couple hours of my call. It was a good size pretty round white ceramic with Christmas trees all around, filled with poinsettias, a great value for the quality, I think. Would definitely recommend Stadium Flowers, thank you!
