Got an excellent haircut with the MVP treatment from Miranda. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and the ladies cutting your hair are chill and fun to talk to. This is my 4th or 5th haircut here and is my go-to every time.

I have been getting sports clips haucuts for about 10 years now, today's was by far the best I've ever gotten. I asked Gracja to give me a buisness professional haircut, she made it perfect.
Thanks Gracja, see you in about a month for another haircut.

3 people in the lobby, several barbers and a 45min wait. Nope!

Very friendly, their website is easy to use. If you have an email or phone number they can remember the haircut you asked for from previous visits.
The barbers are very talented and professional, if you suggest a change they'll identify a possible benefit or flaw about your haircut. And I appreciate how they show you the back of your head at the end of your haircut with a mirror.

Good prices for a quality haircut and added benefits of the scalp treatment, scented hot towel, and sports on the TV, what’s not to like?

Sadly will not return after years of getting hair cuts here. Always get a buzz cut which takes roughly 5 minutes along with the MVP, charged normal rate less $5 “buzz cut discount”. Told today that the discount no longer is in effect. Only $5 bucks, so not the money, but the idea that the ownerships greed cost them a customer is a bummer.

I've had some great haircuts here (for my kid) but more duds than fantastic cuts sadly. I decided we'd bring a photo of exactly how we wanted my son's hair cut. So there were ZERO miscommunications about the cut my boy wanted. The stylist confirmed she'd do exactly that. However, she argued why we shouldn't do the cut exactly as shown, and wanted to make chabges to the cut that I knew would change the overall shape. She explained she needed to do this and that differently so it would work right. I explained why we wanted it exactly as shown, and explained that in the past, every time they strayed from the photo, the cut looked bad, and i explained exactly why (to avoid bowl cut blunt bangs, and to not lose the length needed to keep the shape as shown in the photo we brought). We settled on the idea that she'd start, take a little off, and consult with me, as you can always cut more, but you can't add hair back on. She then cut the entire length off, destroying the ability to retain the style requested. Both stylists also wouldn't listen to my request to taper the top to avoid blunt bowl cut bangs. The reason I brought this photo and explained exactly how I wanted it, was because the last time someone here listened to us, my son ended up with the best haircut he'd ever had. He went to school and everyone raved, going on and on about how his haircut was "the coolest". Guess what, she cut the top blunt, cut out all the length we wanted remaining, chopped off the V at the back, and left my son with square, blunt, bowl cut bangs. I don't care how much "texturing" she said would fix it. The fact is that I now have to taper the sides myself, just like the last time they ignored my request, to create the tapered top and pointed front he wanted, requested, and that I explained looked best. The square corner bangs that would've been avoided had they tapered the top like a faux hawk like I explained? Now have to be cut back by me, yet again. I keep thinking that because he got one amazing cut here a year ago, that we can get that exact same cut again, eventually, if just ONE stylist will listen to me and follow the photo I bring in. But no, I guess I'm wrong. I'll have to take him to my hairdresser for an expensive fix when it grows out enough in a few months. I wish getting a little boys cut could be as cheap as men's barbershop cuts are. But for whatever reason, they'll cut the men's hair as requested, but just REFUSE to cut my boy's hair how he and I request it. I just don't get it. I showed the photo. I explained. When they argued, I explained why we wanted it the way we did. We got exactly opposite what we requested. She cut off all the hair that took 6 months to grow, took away the V and left all the square blunt bangs no one wants except pinup girls. He may have sheepishly Said "yeah i like it", and the stylist did therefore announce "well as long as he likes it right?" Except kids don't always feel they can speak up for themselves. They're shy, and don't want to be rude. But I'm the one who deals with the sad boy at home who asks me how to fix his butchered haircut now. So I'll chop the corners into the best angle I can again, just like last time, just like I warned the stylist would happen, and he'll perk up. But we will NOT BE TAKING HIM BACK AGAIN. I can't keep fixing your haircuts, sports clips. It says a lot that I, a non-trained, non-hairdresser, can taper in the angled cut my son requested, while your trained stylists either cannot, or will not. I cannot, however, give my kid back the 1"-2" of hair length on top and at the back of his style. Only time can fix that error. 0/10, would not recommend anymore. I would have though, last year, after the one amazing cut my son DID receive. But that stylist followed the photo and provided exactly what was requested. I wish we could see that same stylist again. My assumption is that she

Hands down worse experience and quality of haircut I've ever witnessed. Had to fix it for my son when we got home. Wish I got her name Maybe this is just the Mukilteo location. I'd try another location if I were you. If anyone there actually reads these, why do this for a career if you don't care about YOUR quality of service. Put a freaking smile on your face. Everyone who worked there seemed miserable. NEVER AGIAN WILL WE GO THERE.
