The wash is more of a light spray. Maybe my car is too dirty to get cleaned? The rear end of my vehicle looked like it wasn't very washed at all. If your car isn't very dirty then maybe this is the car wash for you. If you do have a dirty car then I recommend you take it to a self car wash and do it yourself, it's cheaper probably and you can get the job done the first time.

I don't know if anyone for this car wash company reads these reviews because it hasn't gotten any better--worse it's gotten, in all fairness. I went there multiple times and they were closed every single time: no sign or orange cones to indicate that it's closed. Is it closing down or just no one wants to bother keeping up with it? I find it extremely annoying.

I could give you a review if it worked. Nothing after I paid so just in case I tried a second time and nothing, Could not understand the pre recorded voice in the stall. The car ahead of me just stopped after the soap stopped and it looked like it was out of soap and other items., I would avoid this carwash. I did email for a refund but have not heard back.

Complete waste of $10.00. Car still had streaks on the windows and dog prints on the doors. I wiped it all down in plain view of the workers changing out some equipment. Hope they got the message that this service sucks.

There seems to be an issue here with scammers. I've never received a car wash here nor visited this city, but was charged 5 times by this business with a cloned debit card.

I was charged for a wash that I did not receive, but after contacting the owner, I was informed that the extra charge had been refunded, and they are addressing the problem with the wash itself. It is good to see a local business stepping up, owning the issue, and remedying it. Well done! I will return here in the future.

Paid $15 dollars for their Best wash, total FAILURE, the upper left section of the protection area was bursting liquids everywhere but on my auto. The soap wash was a spittle, nothing, the rinse was barely there, after the failure on wax protection, the rinse cycle picked up a little, then the clear protection cycle went through but barely anything came out. Then a full blast of rinse that should have been throughout the whole wash as if the pumps started to finally work. In the past the place was great, but now this sucks and their email to complain bounces, phone number is never picked up, this is a failure of a business or getting the right service for what you paid. Auto wash desire beware, this place should not be open for business. I want a refund. Stay away, station 2 is broken, station 1 is barely any better.

Great car wash, and customer service. They saw my car was not as clean as should be at no fault of there’s and had me pull through wash again and gave me a clean towel to replace the dirty one I was using.

I went this morning for the first time and left very unsatisfied. Don't know if they routinely check their machines or not but my driver side window now has scratches all over it as well as both door sides of my car. They only brushed ONE SIDE of the cars windows and left the others dry. The dry side is what incurred the scratches. Do not recommend nor will I ever go back. A rip off to say the least. Not to mention no number to call if a problem arises like this one.

My car was in dire need of a car wash and since I've passed this place many times I decided to give it a try. Not really impressed. I had a horrible time trying to get the card reader to accept my credit card and had to try two different ones. Finally it accepted it and I went in to the car wash, but OMG it took forever. I think that it actually charged me twice because after it started rinsing it started over. I finally ended up leaving before the green light came on b/c it had already told me that it was rinsing. When I got home I was disappointed that even after two washings, there was still stuff on my back windshield, which will probably come off with a washcloth and some elbow grease, but for the amount of time I spent in that car wash, my car should be a lot cleaner. I should also mention that this place is really hard to get in and out of. There's really only one way in, off of Hwy 99 b/c trying to get in the other way results in going into the adjacent parking lot for the bank and there's no access to the car wash from there. I ended up having to go back out on the street and then turning in from Hwy 99. Next time I'll find a better place to wash my car.
