my daughter who is 3yrs old got her ears pierced and I got my nose pierced I didnt set up a appointment and only waited maybe 15-20mins so they were super quick which I loved and Jax did my nose piercing she did absolutely amazing and Jax and Zach did my daughter's earrings I was very nervous how it would go but they did absolutely great with her on keeping her comfortable and calm I highly recommend silver safari and will definitely be going back for any other kind of piercings

This store is not the most visually inviting and it might scare littles, but I liked the knowledgeable piercing staff and they offer needle piercings vs the gun. The teens went here for their belly button piercings and are returners for their 2nds in their ears. Take a number and wait your turn. Once it's your turn, you get the attention you deserve. Wait again to get the piercing, which can be a while depending on the demand. I wish there was a better waiting area but the knowledgeable staff and needle piercing option make up for it. I'm glad there's a place like this locally which doesn't force the kids to go to Seattle. Tuesdays is $10 off!!

Well, I waited 1 year and 3 months to write this review. Up until now, my helix hasn't healed. I have multiple piercings and tattoos and my skin heals great. Tonight, I just could not take it anymore. I took the stud out and realized that the piercing was aiming downwards. So crooked. The stud itself was so short it probably did not have enough slack to heal. So disappointed when you spend your hard earned money for such a poor job. I got my tragus done at Slave to the Needle and it healed in less than a month. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Have been going to Silver Safari for many years and it's literally the only place I trust. I've had so many great experiences and the piercers are truly professional and accommodating. Recently, just got my eyebrow pierced with Cassie -- she's the best ! I'm such a weenie with pain, however I've never been judged for any of my dramatics LOL. I swear that after any procedure, you'll say "oh! that didn't even hurt whatsoever" -- because the piercers are so good at what they do.

This was my second time getting a piercing at this location and the staff are super friendly and kind! I was debating on getting a tongue piercing and surprisingly they gave me half off if done by an apprentice since I apparently pointed out a deal that was still up they mistakenly forgot to take down, told me I’ll still get half off and have a professional pierce my tongue! Very kind and very thorough about the steps to take care of my piercing. Would highly recommend coming here for your next piercing!

My best friend and I had our ears pierced by Heather and she was the sweetest :)She talked to us the whole process and made it as quick and painless as possible. They have a nice little couch you can sit on while you wait. The shop is clean and everyone there is easy going and easy to talk to. If I get another piercing this is definitely the spot I’ll be going to!

they did my micro dermal and the customer service was really good! they were super nice and everything is super clean and sanitized. i didn’t feel ANYTHING while getting my micro dermal just some squeezing, i kept waiting for any pain or discomfort but never got it. they always do a great job i had been psyching myself out but it was so quick and painless! go to silver safari!

We recently went to get my 7 year old’s ears pierced for the first time. I cannot recommend them enough. We went on a busy Saturday and the service was still great. Zach was her piercer and I can’t even explain how great he is with kids. Everyone made her experience so special and fun. They were safe, clean and just awesome. 10/10 recommend

I have gotten quite a few piercings here, and have never been disappointed! Everyone there is super kind and very knowledgeable. They are great piercers, experienced, and very personable. If you are nervous about getting a piercing anywhere, or just have questions, go here! You will not be disappointed.

Please let me start off by saying the staff is absolutely amazing and are just following policy. I paid 80$ for gold jewelry which snapped just after a month of having (just past there policy). I gently pressed on my piercing front and back to make sure that it was secure and it broke immediately mind you I have gold jewelry from multiple places and this has never happened. The staff member said "yeah with the gold jewelry it happens a lot" so you're telling me silver safari is charging $80 for garbage jewelry that breaks frequently... I'm so extremely upset and will be going to other piercers from now on which sucks because the staff is great.

They are awesome! I wish I had caught the gal's name who helped me. She was so friendly, personable, quick, and gentle. I had both ball ends fall off my curved rook piercing and had been trying to get the ends off to take it out for 2+ weeks. I finally came in to get help. It's Saturday, so the wait from ticket to service wasn't great, but once she took me back, we were done in like 3 minutes and had a good time chatting. Great service! Highly recommend these folks.

Very professional and friendly employees. Maintains a sterile environment. They provide patience and care for their clients. They are also happy to address any of your concerns with jewelry or piercing. Have had 5 piercings done over 3 years with no complaints. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My experience at Silver Safari was 10/10. The facility was very clean, jewelry nicely displayed and staff was very friendly. My favorite things was how informative they were and they didn’t rush you through. I approached the counter when my number was called, I informed them of the piercings I’d like to get, they pulled out the appropriate jewelry I could select and they let me take my time choosing. Ricky did my actual piercings and he was fantastic. Very professional and friendly. He made sure to double check the piercings I wanted, double checked the jewelry was correct, marked the piercing locations and let me check. He explained everything step by step with no judgment of any questions. I will definitely go back.

They had great customers service. I got my septum pierced there. They were super friendly, helpful and everything was clean and organized. I felt like I was in good hands. The person doing my piercing was very nice, she explained everything step by step and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with them and love my piercing!

Ricky was awesome with my girls! Did both the gun for my younger ones and the needle for my older one. Very patient and amazing with kids. Very professional and welcoming. The other piercer (didn’t get his name), was also wonderful and amazing with my girls when helping out. Ricky made my girls very comfortable and explained everything so they would understand. Highly recommend!
