“I walked into this location 7 minutes before closing without realizing. Megan still greeted me very brightly with a big smile and asked right away how she could help me. I had no idea what exact sizes I needed, I wasn't sure what kind of papers I needed to print on, but Megan went above and beyond and helped me decide and get the perfectly exact outcomes. She knew so much about the products they offer and was able to offer me what I needed. It was already long after their closing time and with the fact that I also work in sales and customer service, it can be frustrating to get the last minute clients but she never lost her professionalism.
