"Trade in" program is a scam. We appreciated our initial purchase in 2015. I liked the idea of the trade in if I wanted to change the style in the future. My ring originally was conservatively $7000 ill say. My "trade in" CREDIT is $1000 but only if I spend ANOTHER $1000 within the transaction. IF this is a selling point for you.. IT'S NOT ?Thank you, owner. I did contact social and it was not helpful. They just restated the policy that was not made clear when the ring was purchased.Again, buyer beware if this is used as a selling point. Make sure you are fully informed about what this program/policy allows

We picked out our wedding ring at Shane Co almost 25 years ago. It was a great experience to find a band we loved and to pick out the shape of the center stone. Now Shane Co has helped us add anniversary bands. They have an amazing collection to choose from an all their sales team are really great to work with.

We were married in 1997 and we purchased our wedding rings here. We have continued to go back to the Shane Co for all our jewelry needs. I have always loved their selection and their staff. Today I went in for a resizing of my rings. Peggy helped me - she was amazing. We laughed the entire time I was there. She was so helpful, friendly and funny! I shopped at Shane Co in Lynwood for my engagement ring and had the best experience thanks to Sydney Van Dyke! I came into it not really knowing what I was looking for, and came out of it having found exactly what I wanted in a ring! I felt no pressure, and felt very supported in finding exactly what I liked (I ended up wanting just a band and not a typical engagement ring). Because of my experience I ended up looking more at the options online and finding one I thought I would love, my boyfriend proposed last week and it is perfect!! So beautiful!!! Took some of my late mother's jewelery in to be evaluated and cleaned. Sherri was very kind and helpful. I explained I want to have a piece remade and Sherri helped me think through some ideas without pushing me into anything. The other customers in the store also appeared to be having a pleasant experience with their jewelers.

My parents purchased their wedding bands from here years ago, so when I got engaged I was very excited to come with my fiancé to browse wedding bands and wedding day jewelry. Upon entering, the store itself is absolutely beautiful and clearly has a lot of options to look through. Unfortunately none of the seemingly available staff bothered to welcome us in, choosing to socialize amongst themselves, and despite the few that were with other couples we were awkwardly walking around for about 15 minutes without receiving any type of service. We had specifically dedicated the day to figuring out the right wedding bands for our big day and were ready to spend a decent amount of money for each other to get the perfect rings. Unfortunately I believe that since we looked physically younger than the other shoppers we were put on the short list. We ended up going down the street to Jared’s and was greeted right away and sat down with the asst manager Gary Lee for a wonderful experience and we found a few options that fit our requests along with finding out my engagement ring needed to be resized to a half size smaller for the right fit. Definitely disappointed in the experience at Shane as I had been looking forward to continuing the family tradition of purchasing wedding bands there. Unless you seem to be an older crowd don’t expect anyone to help you.
