I just had the best experience at this Sephora. I've been coming to Sephora Lynnwood for about 10 years now, and it's always a mixed bag when it comes to the service I get, but I LOVE Sephora so I will always continue to shop here. Sephora is having a sale and the store was fairly busy today, April 6th, but I got so much help from the entire staff. I spent way more than what I intended to, you guys are great sales people lol. I wanted to give a thank you to Emily, Laney, and Olivia, I also got help from one more girl but I forgot her name, it starts with a K! Anyway thank you guys so much, you're awesome!

When I purchased my products the cashier forgot to add my discount even when I put my phone number in. I am very disappointed in this sephora next time I go I expect a change please and thank you.

Unfortunately the training and Daily dose's are not what they used to be. Your clientele is becoming more educated on product and for the holy order please learn how to shade match.

Huge things to associate Olivia, who helped me grab all my products in and out super fast. I am a very efficient person, and I really appreciated her going through the store, grabbing her favorite products, and helping me out before I leave for vacation tomorrow.Great job Olivia!!

I hate this location, around the holidays the store manager and her employees were flat out rude and disrespectful to the guests. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t help, they talk to you in a disrespectful manner INCLUDING the store manager and the person at the front. AVOID HERE!!!

THERE IS A REASON SEHPORA HAS SO SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND ONE STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RETURN POLICY!! DON'T PURCHASE HERE. In store wouldn't take the ugly foundation they color matche me too, and Corporate "would" have taken it if it was on online purchase, not an in-store purchase. BOTTOM LINE DON'T BUY HERE.

This was my first time in Washington on a trip with my partner .. she’s here for work and I tagged along so I could bring in the new year with her .. well I got tired of sitting in the room and decided to get dressed and walk across the street to Sephora inside of Kohl’s department store . It was only one friendly person in the whole store and she stood next to the register she offered help twice when I was just browsing the perfume section .. Thank you for your help but the lady at the register didn’t speak back once I got to the register she told the other lady to go lunch and when I spoke the second time she proceeded with me to put my email in to bring up my account never speaking back so I just purchased my perfume and got out of the store immediately I just think it’s so rude when someone speak and you don’t speak back I’ve always been a loyal customer with Sephora I guess I need to go back home to VA to get proper engagement with employees because that wasn’t it .. maybe she was having a bad day

I'm writing to share my recent experience at the SEPHORA Alderwood Mall location, which was quite disheartening. On November 25th, I bought $250 worth of perfume as a Christmas gift. Due to an unexpected breakup, I attempted to return these unopened items on December 26th, armed with the receipt. Aware of the 30-day return policy, I hoped for a little flexibility given that the store was closed on Christmas Day, making it impossible to return the items within 30 days.Initially, I was offered only an in-store voucher or exchange, which didn't suit my situation. After speaking to both the manager and the general manager, not only was my request for a return denied, but I also felt that my concerns and emotional state were largely disregarded. Despite maintaining a calm demeanor, I was threatened with security and asked to leave the store.In stark contrast, when I called the customer support line, they were surprised by my experience and were much more accommodating. They instructed me to return the items at the University Village location, where the staff were empathetic and promptly processed a full refund to my credit card.This contrasting experience at two SEPHORA locations underlines a significant inconsistency in customer service. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to improve understanding and flexibility in customer service, especially in situations that may not fit neatly within standard policy guidelines. For me, I've decided not to return to the Alderwood Mall SEPHORA due to this experience.

The vibe was all messed in here, the workers were some of the rudest I've come across at Alderwood. I stopped in to grab two pick up orders and have never felt a more unwelcoming environment. First off, teenagers EVERYWHERE. And then the workers just acted weird, literally felt like they expected me to grab something and run out even though I was there to pick up the Doordashes and leave. Never felt more unwelcome at a store but I'm a male Hispanic and I was wearing a beanie so that means I'm a criminal right and that the manager should sprint around me and practically block my path as I'm leaving because they expect me to do something.
