Things were over priced, nothing was put in its place. the clothes was not organized properly in size or looked good either way. employees were not helpful. do not recommend this store to anyone

I had an absolutely horrible experience with a rude and angry manager at the Lynnwood location. After I made a purchase and realized the price I was charged was not the price I remember being displayed, I approached an associate (very kind and respectful) who verified what I saw and instructed me to go to the customer service area for a return and repurchase. During that process, another manager walked by and rudely said "this will not be honored next time since you knew the price was wrong and purchased it on purpose". This was an absolutely false, condescending and unnecessary statement to make. Thinking I heard her incorrectly, I asked her to please repeat herself, which she did and while I attempted to explain the actual situation, she walked away. I have visited this store on numerous occasions and this is the first time i've had a bad experience.

The chain, the online store, and other locations I've visited are totally fine. This store is a nightmare. As others have mentioned, it's constantly short staffed and incredibly disorganized. First you wait forever in line for your turn. Then you wait more because they can't find your order. My item was somehow marked as picked up when the bar code was scanned, which prevented me from walking off and just buying the item from the shelf. Based on what I witnessed with other customers in the hour I had to wait, this constant chaos seems to be the default mode. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Lack of staff and long line for cashier and customer service at upstairs . It's hard to find someone to help you . Not even manager , they are busy working on holiday but generally they don't have enough people to help .I wish they hire more people for real .

Staff were understanding surrounding was clean. Very welcoming! If you're looking for customer service Gita is the one you want to talk to! She saved me $64.00 and wanted me to save $90! Very tempting but I had to resist due to my credit being ran to many time in real estate, buying cars in rolls royce Cali and Bellevue! You are truly magnificent Gita! Lakshmi has blessed me today!
