“I am happy with the new manager barbie but not with the company as a whole their managers before her not only were awful but racist, rude, inappropriate, crossed many lines& even broke laws. Even stole from myself and others. I don't recommend this place at all I complained & got no help even when the last manager called me racist slurs and spit in my face. The company did not show any care or concern or offer help at all I called several numbers and employees but still today received no compensation or even a call back. I truly wouldn't ever recommend this place but barbie is awesome the storage just is the worst experience I have ever had or even heard of in my life. I could go on but won't. But Barbie has changed my idea and experience with this company now due to her awesome service and attitude which is helpful and amazing I now recommend this storage facility! Thank you Barbie!”

“Today, I met a wonderful male employee who provided me with incredibly kind assistance. Without his help, my day would have been a mess. Despite several issues with the online reservation process, he remained courteous.
I should have moved to a different place where Brendan wasn't working, but as a first-time user of the storage facility, I felt unsure even after hearing the instructions on how to enter the gate. Brendan offered to come to the location and show me directly! At that moment, I thought I would hire someone like him if I were an employer.
He showed me how to press the buttons to pass through the entrance gate, how to press the buttons to enter the unit, and how to use the key in my storage unit. Without Brendan's help, my day would have been a disaster.
I think Brendan's diligence is outstanding.”

“It’s been almost 2 months Trojan storage, facility is clean, they have friendly responsive staff, they pricing is reasonable and it’s location is great for me, close to my work, the only issue I have is the access hours, like with every storage facility it only makes sense to allow customers access 24hours I work graveyard shifts on weekends so these hours conflict often.”

Easy paperwork and I was out in less than 10 mins. They charge $0.99 per mile on top of the rent. The service was just great. Very friendly staffs. They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”

They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”
“I had a hitch installed on my sedan this week and it was an overall wonderful experience. My vehicle is neither common nor easy for hitch installation and Jake did a quick and quality job with the installation. The only frustration with my experience was that Uhaul doesn't offer a shuttle service and public transportation doesn't go within 40 minutes of my house. So, I had to wait at a nearby coffee shop until installation was complete. Thankfully, it was done in about 2 hours and I was on my way with a hitch that should last as long as my car does.”
“They called to follow up to make sure I was running on time, It was easy to get the trailer I needed, and when I returned it took about 3 min.
No issues and will be going back when needed.”
“I’ve been in 3 times over the past month and have exchanged thousands of dollars to facilitate my move. The folks at this uhaul have been seamless in their assistance. I’ve gotten a hitch installed, changed an order in uboxes and have a trailer set to be picked up the final morning of the move. Throughout all of this the communication has been great. I understand what I’m signing up for and they were even able to bring the uboxes a day early!
Every time I’m in they are patiently and professionally assisting others and often times it’s with an issue regarding trailers or trucks. They are a business that relies on customers returning equipment in a timely manner and they do their best to make things work on short notice. My recommendation is use uboxes- it ends up being cheaper in the long run and wayyyy less stress.
I still have to pick my trailer up and have the uboxes delivered. I will update the review at that time!”
